  Predominantly German but it never hurts to try and speak a tad of the German you spent 1 year learning, and anyhoo as booking.com stated they all spoke my language, EVERYONE! Even the guests that chose to sit with us at meal times, half of the staff are Greek too. This place is a perfect oasis, whatever kind of sun bed you wanted there were plenty, by the pool, on the grass, on the beach, on the grass at the beach, by any one of the many pools! No saving necessary!! The food, the food is gorgeous, by the end of the week I was happy with Greek salad after feeling like Id gorged 3 times a day. Then theres the staff, from the greeting on arrival, to Lisa who is like everyones best friend who remembers ur name and goes out of her way to speak to you every time she sees you, to every member of staff wishing u a good day every time they encounter you. Marcel, Lucas, Pauline, marleka in kids entertainment, AMAZING! The grown up entertainers, the water sports guys, in fact they all mucked in serving food at times, even the lovely pirates that rescued me off of a paddle board, yes pathetic I know but hey I got a ride in a speedboat! Have you guessed yet? My sister and I loved it! We will be back!!!

  No me quiero marchar!!!!!

  Maravillosos espacios, limpios y muy cuidados. Un equipo humano como no he visto en ningún otro resort, absolutamente todos muy atentos, simpáticos y muy profesionales, a destacar el personal de cocina (su chef es encantador), comedor y en especial animación (son supeeeer polifacéticos y grandes artistas) . Comida buenísima, con platos muy ricos y elaborados.. Eventos de calidad, la temática y escenografía varían a diario!! Espectaculares Nos hicieron sentir especialmente cómodos y felices. A toda la familia de Robinson Daidalos, muchas gracias por esta semana!! Contando los días para regresar......

  We have visited this magical place several times, sometimes even more than once a year . We always look forward to returning to Robinson Daidalos ,the Aegean Sea, stunning views , superbe food and very friendly staff

  Blue and white paradise on the Aegean

  Weve been to Club Robinson in Sarigerme several times and loved it but because it was closed this year, we thought wed try Daidalos. Wed heard good things about the club from others. They werent wrong: its a very nice club and we enjoyed our holiday. I think if you stay with Club Robinson, youre more or less guaranteed a great time. We received a warm welcome and were delighted to hear that wed been upgraded to a better room, one with a lovely sea view. The gardens and grounds are gorgeous, carefully tended by the gardening team. I came primarily for group fitness classes and wasnt at all disappointed. The WellFit Aktiv team are very competent and professional. I did indoor cycling every day: it is quite hard and the team will push you to your limits. Great for burning off the calories! My thanks go to Michelle for her great music and unfailing good humour, to Rafaella for a fantastic class with her mum and dad, Franzi, and Buba. The daily Aquagym classes in the main pool are also fun and varied. The sports programme is full but numbers of participants are limited at the moment so you have to sign up quickly on the Robinson app to be in. My husband was there primarily for the sailing and had a few good days on the catamaran during the two weeks we were there. Some days were too windy, some others not windy enough. Better if there are two sailors as quite often you need two to go out. Excellent conditions for windsurfing! It would be good if the sailing station were open until 6pm though like in Sarigerme. We thought it a shame the club is Vollpension rather than All Inclusive. Were not big drinkers so didnt mind too much but you have to pay for coffee and water outside meal times. There arent many water fountains around but the tap water in your room is drinkable. One big advantage, I suppose, is that guests arent using up mountains of plastic bottles day after day. The prices of drinks are pretty expensive compared to prices in Germany. The buffets are good and the gala dinner especially excellent. The waitresses, chefs and serving staff are fantastic: very friendly and efficient and are delighted to teach you a few words of Greek if youd like to give it a go. The main restaurant is only open until 2pm (why not 2.30pm?) and the popular beach restaurant until 3pm. For some reason, coffee is charged for at the beach restaurant at lunchtime; we felt strongly it should be included. There probably isnt as much entertainment as in normal times - for example, the night club isnt open - but most evenings there is live music and there are occasional shows in the theatre and events around the pool. Some of the guest entertainers, people staying at the club, were great! The management are taking great pains to keep all spaces hygienic. Housekeeping staff are constantly and meticulously cleaning all surfaces. Everyone is asked to wear masks in the restaurants when not eating. We felt safe at all times but felt very uncomfortable having to share a table at mealtimes with other guests, when safe distances couldnt be kept. It would be much better if there were smaller tables, for two and for four people. The Club is quite remote so if youd like to see a bit of the island (strongly recommended) you need to hire a car (from the very nice onsite Hertz lady for 70 a day) or do an excursion. Excursions are not well advertised but Eleni, the Tui representative, was helpful. I did a half day excursion to Kos town for 12 which I thoroughly enjoyed. Pickup is from the hotel. One thing I would beg of Tui: please have this excursion on any other day than a Tuesday, as thats the only day that the Archaeological Museum and the Casa Romana are closed. Disappointing for a history lover like me, although Kos town is full of fascinating ruins. There are cycling tours from the Club every day which I would have been interested in had it not been quite so hot. The beach is long and sandy, but bring beach shoes as there are rocks in the surf that bite you if you get too close! Thanks to Ody (a great entertainer amongst other talents!) and all his team for providing great memories during particularly trying times. Enduring memories will be the unbelievably beautiful sunsets, the lovely serving staff blowing us farewell kisses, and being waved off with a Greek flag at our departure.

  Leak of personal data from Robinson website

  Place is very nice, but pour customer support. I made booking on the website of Robinson Club on May 2020. Very soon my personal data become available to the third unknown company. Due to COVID'19 I was not able to come. I did attempt to cancel booking, but it was not possible neither on the website, nor with assistance of the club managers. Finally the unknown company that does not even exist in the internet charged my credit card to the full amount of booking. The management of the Club replied that they do not control this situation and are unable to solve the problem. Therefore think twice when booking online on the website of Robinson.
