  Kaiserschmarrn hotel - all good

  Kaiserschmarrn, for those that have not experienced it, is a dessert that is warm, sweet, comforting, & very Austrian....not unlike the Robinson Club Alpenrose itself. The hotel is situated in an ideal vertually ski in - ski out position, and the rooms are spacious, though not exactly luxurious. But what earns the 5 star rating is the fantastic hospitality offered by manager Patrick and his wonderful staff. I am a frequent traveler and there are few hotels worldwide that compare with the friendly and efficient service here not to mention the fantastic all day food selection. If you do not ski or use the free exercise classes, you are likely to leave your holiday at least one size larger. Other plus points are the high quality nightly entertainment (bring your dancing shoes) and the elegant spa (although a little too nude for my British taste). We had a fabulous holiday & we will return.

  Best Service

  I spent 4 days in Robinson club and I have to admit this was one of the greatest hotels I have ever been in Winter season. Starting with the outstanding hospitality by the manager Patrick and his crew, through the wide range of fresh foods you can taste every day. Furthermore, the weekly shows which are presented by the really talented team of Robinson. At the same time, the rooms are clean and comfy, you can relax at the bar or beside the pool area, or if you want to have a blast you have the chance in the nightclub.

  No toilet No lunch

  Dramatic Skistop with 2 kids You have to take your shoes of.... to go to toilet . No lunch just drinks but good music ... they laugh about the complaint. ... 17 euro four drinks. Just ment for hotel guests.

  Stayed 5 days at the club for skiing. Excellent location. Hotel 4 stars. Very good spa area. Fitness room ok. Service very good. Rooms very clean. Most of the robins junior and not up to the job. Not a club atmosphere.

  Wonderful Service and Hospitality

  We stayed here for 5 nights for a business meeting. There were 3 of us including our 16 year old son. The meeting group was 80 people. The team of employees working here from the restaurant to the bar to the housekeeping team are some of the hardest working and wonderful people weve encountered in our travels. We travel often 3-4 times a year internationally from the states. The food is exceptional. Yes its a buffet but not like normal buffets. This is a gourmet treat and any US traveler should be impressed. Meals are included and wine and beer are as well with lunch and dinner. Prices in the bar are extremely reasonable. The skiing was excellent and transportation between Zurs and Lech easy and simple. The ride from the airport (ZCH) was smooth and seamless. Weve spent way more on US ski trips to Colorado and Utah. We are planning to return here for a pleasure ski trip and also will be checking out additional Robinson Clubs. As frequent all-inclusive Caribbean vacationers, this was a step above. There is nothing that you could want more. Families with Children both young and teens would do well here and the price for skiing is VERY reasonable. Dont think twice in booking this place. I will say that if I could choose one thing to change it would be some more modern amenities in the rooms. They have an old world charm and comfortable beds but updating their decor would be better. The toiletries like shampoo and body wash were good. We can only hope you enjoy this place as much as we did. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay excellent!
