  Quirky and Fun

  Having been traveling for a month we really liked this hotel. It has a large lobby area stocked with free eats (drinks, candy, instant noodles, breakfast foods) and as we were tired of going to restaurants every night we mostly bought food in convenience stores and brought it back here to eat, using the lobbys microwave, etc. The place caters to travelers who may want to meet others and the lobby is designed to promote socialization. There are different kids of rooms, (standard and deluxe), pay attention to the size you are getting. The standard rooms are very small (not easy to turn around especially if with another person, no closet space, etc.). My wife and I got the deluxe room which has a bathroom about twice as large as what you usually find in a modern American hotel room. The bedroom area is about midsize (not as big as modern american rooms but not too small either). The wifi is great, the water pressure was find and the cable TV extensive. The location is terrific as you are very close to bus and metro lines and Taxis sit on the corner. I would have no problem coming back here. The 24 hour reception (in lobby) were very helpful and someone always speaks English.

  Great Hotel close to Main Station

  stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room are spacious and most of them have a window. The bathroom is quite large also. Staff is perfectly fluent English and the lobby located in B1 is nice with coaches and games. Definitely will stay again.

  One of the best hotels i stayed in Taipei!

  Pluses: - great team! Awesome service! Attentive and always help with any issue; very kind and nice people; - Housekeeping is awesome too! Always great service! - Very good price-quality ratio; - Awesome location - 5 mins walk from Ximen, 15 mins from Taipei main station, 10 mins from Beimen (airport express); around many shops, restaurants; - Very comfortable bed, love design; - Good sound isolation and privacy; - In lobby have free coffee, water, snacks, can even watch movies on big screen; - free self-laundry service. Minuses: - a bit slow internet. But was fixed - was given wifi router. In general - highly recommend!

  One of the best options in Taipei!

  Pluses: 1. Location is just perfect! Right between Ximen (5 mins walk), BEimen (5 mins walk) and Taipei main station (10 mins walk). 2. Service - is great service by amazing team! Reception, housekeeping and everybody - super friendly and nice. Always attentive and great attitude. VEry professional. 3. Rooms are very comfortable and have everything. 4. Very entertaining B1 floor - darts, drinks, basket, games, Huge screen movie. 5. Free Laundry. 6. Cosy design. 7. SUPER GOOD PRICE For this area and quality. HUGE THANKS TO The Roaders Team for great service and my stay! Appreciate a lot! No minuses for me in this hotel)

  Another return to this hotel

  I returned to this hotel again in November 2019. Loved the set up. Check in was a breeze. Staffing team was friendly and accommodating. Other amenities have been extensively mentioned in this website already. Recommended.
