  Very bad experience

  I visited with my family in feb 2020, our experience was very bad, no room service, non-cooperative staff, food quality worse,food prices very high.Toilets were not proper.. Not recommended for stay..

  The worst hotel ever

  We had booked this hotel online and thought maybe this was a good place , since we were originally from Darjeeling only we tried this place. But right from the entrance the staffs were not that welcoming . They need a good training very badly. No one is professional. Our bags were lying there for long , nobody picked them up , at last we had to go and bring them inside. The restaurant staffs are manneeless , they dont treat people like guests, they are very loose and speaking very casually. Served us cold chappattis and the curry was sweet, white and cold. We have been to many hotels in many counties and in india too but never seen like this before. Maybe the owner doesn't know about his workers behaviour but the entire management is disastrous. What a pity! The owner should urgently look through this . I think they hire the cheap staffs , hence very low quality service.

  Amazing experience

  The hotel location and ambience is excellent. My visit was extremely satisfying as the staff was very good. The quality of the food and room service was wonderful. Would definitely visit again and recommend everyone for their stay in darjeeling.

  Mind-blowing

  Great accomodation, very friendly staff, separate toilets and washrooms and storage for keeping belongings. R J resort is the ideal place for any backpackers who loves to chill out. Would love to go back.

  Comfortable and warm stay at RJ Resorts Darjeeling

  The most important thing for me during a vacation stay is comfort & cleanliness. Since we had a really bad experience with one of the hotels, so we had to change our hotel at the last minute. The hotel staff was very warm and courteous, especially Binay. My mother fell down from the stairs during sightseeing. He was courteous enough to come to the room and check, and readily made hot water bags available as per our request. The room was ok in space, ok enough for two people. The room was without a view, but since we were out the entire day, it didnt really bother us. The cleanliness was okay. The bed linen and towels were just okay. Hot water was available throughout. Since we wanted to have something local, we informed them in the morning for our dinner meal. They agreed to make it, and the food was great and fresh. Overall the stay was good and comfortable, proved to be value for money.
