  View from units

  After reading Nice Unit - Shame about the view I would like to add that I have previously stayed at Riviere and was also mislead about level of apartment. We were put on level one after being told we would be on a higher floor. Was not able to change units upon check-in and found managers (particularly MIchelle) to be unhelpful when trying to book tours. Maybe because we booked through agent and not direct? Unit was clean and view was okay but would not stay again due to unfriendly managers.

  Great view

  Stayed in Penthouse, great views from all directions. Overall very good, clean but could do with an update. Wouldn't like to be there in middle of summer with only ceiling fans gets very warm. Good value for money.

  Luxury apartment penthouse not what we expected

  We booked the penthouse at the Rivere Luxury apartments on Golden Beach, Caloundra. For the money we expected the Penthouse to have air conditioning not just noisy ceiling fans. The main bedroom en suite had an arrangement that had 2 exhaust fans working even when the bathroom wasn't being used and as it was open plan it was hard to sleep . Management did help but the noise still persisted. Would not recommend this apartment for cost especially if you are a light sleeper. Other than that beds were comfortable and apartment bench tops not clean. I was told that was impossible they had been cleaned. Management didn't offer to go and re-clean apartment. Pool which I used was hardly used by other guests which was surprising as it was clean and warm. Overall we survived by sleeping in the other bedrooms. Apparently no one else had ever said anything?! Management tried but they need to try harder. Needs air conditioning at least in main bedroom and lounge. Needs fan issues fixing. Needs to be clean, first impression count. Was it ok. I guess so. Was it luxury, def not and def not worth the money. We won't stay again at these rates or until on site managers don't dismiss customers concerns

  Great Unit Block, Great Views

  Have holidayed in Riviere several times over many years in different units but this time we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of unit 922 the week after Easter 2019. I complained to Michelle and she advised me the units have their spring cleaning soon. Sorry but not good enough. You have lost us. We won't be back. To the owners of 922; Your unit needs maintenance as a window leaks in heavy rain and obviously the reason the wall needs immediate attention. Unit has an odour from damp, needs painting and furniture needs replacing. It is so 1990's. People pay big dollars for a week and expect better.

  Amazing stay!!

  We stayed at Riviere on Golden Beach for a week and it was really nice. The place had a medium size pool but comfortable for my children to play. a couple of mins walking distance to Spar for shopping, several cafes & restaurants. You can also drive 5 mins to Coles or Woolies. The view from the balcony was excellent. The apartment had all the equipment that you need. I can recommend to anyone who would like to stay here. The lady at the reception was very nice, too.
