  Todos nos los pasamos genial

  Acabo de volver de las vacaciones de año nuevo y me lo he pasado muy bien. Me he alojado en muchos hoteles y complejos de apartamentos en toda la isla, pero esta es la primera vez que nada más llegar he vuelto a reservar para volver entre abril y mayo. La ubicación es buena, no se oye el barullo de las calles principales, pero está a poca distancia a pie. El personal es muy amable y de gran ayuda para recomendar lugares que visitar y sitios para comer y siempre están ahí si necesitas algo. Las habitaciones son bonitas y están limpias. La piscina está al lado, una bendición para mí. He recomendado este lugar a mis amigos para las vacaciones y seguiré haciéndolo.

  Great Stay

  Stopped in apartment 8A which is one of the upstairs apartments. Two big bedrooms, a big kitchen with all the utensils, bathroom with shower and a large living room. The best bit though is the large balcony which has the sun all day. Rooms have air conditioning, the wifi is ok and the very helpful owner lives in the downstairs apartment. It is about 6 minutes walk from the strip with plenty of bars not far away and the walk back to the apartment is pretty flat. Two small complaints, the TV has very few English channels and the settee could be more comfortable otherwise a superb place to stay.

  Another faultless stay!

  8th time staying in this block of private apartments. But have recently stayed in 7b last few times which is owned by Tony and Kris. In our opinion this apartment is easily the best we have stayed in yet again. Its simply a home from home with everything you'll ever need for your stay. We also had the large pool to ourselves all week. Fantastic communication with Tony leading up to and after our stay. Looking forward to re booking again soon

  Apartment 7B

  First visit to Lanzarote, stayed with my family in apartment 7B owned by Tony and Kris. Was everything we wanted and some. Clean, modern, spacious, well equipped, great location, fab pool. The communication with the owners was great and the instructions sent prior to our arrival were spot on!! Treasure chest of inflatables for the kids. Brilliant sun terrace to the front and even space to the rear. Felt like we were in a villa!! Would return in a heartbeat

  Fantastic apartment.

  Just back from a week In apartment 4A at Riviera park. Must say this apartment was amazing. This one is upstairs with huge balcony which is an absolute sun trap all day long. Apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everthing needed inside. Apartments has a fantastic swimming pool which was quiet all week. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Will be going back to the same apartment next year.
