  pleasant stay and great location

  I had four nights at this hotel of which I found to be very pleasant. The staff from reception to restaurant areas are all very efficient and polite. The rooms size are fairly standard but have all the necessary amenities. I am also pleased to say that both the rooms and hotel are very clean and well maintained. Whilst the beds are comfy and limited noise issues coming from adjacent rooms or corridors. The restaurant on the 7th floor has a good feel and pleasant views with a very well designed and attractive bar area. There is a good choice of wines available whilst the restaurant itself offers Asian style menu. The only slight let down was the breakfast that lacked in both appealing options and presentation. I am more than happy to consult with the hotel in terms of potentially improving this area. The location is excellent, and central with an easy walk around the corner to the funicular taking you on to the higher level with shops and amenities..

  Lovely property in Kiev

  Recently renewed property in Kiev. Hotel is right next to Metro station and located in Podil, historical place in Kiev with many nice restaurants and cafes. Stylish and very cozy property, light inside, comfy bed, superb bathroom. Upon arrival got sweet amenities from chef, so cute. Stayed there 2 times and got great experience. Breakfast is nice and on to floor they have got restaurant with superb view specially in the evening with Kiev at night and sooo tasty kitchen (one salad with warm eggplant and another one with eel, chef really impressed). One of the perfect moment was to seat in the evening near window, to enjoy the view and super tasty food. Definitely will come back once will return to Kiev.

  Bad experience

  The hotel is beautiful and new. Stuff is also friendly. The food was a disaster, that was the worst coffee I ever had ( it doesnt suit 5 star hotel). The stuff I forget in hurry disappeared when I back in few hours. :( And spa looks nice, but sauna always cold.

  Good hotel and good location

  I would not call this a 5 star hotel. But its a very good 4 star hotel at a very good location in Kiev. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of Kiev. Staff is very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

  Very nice hotel recently renovated. Perfectly located in front of the Dniepr. Amazing view from the top floor.

  Nice hotel recently renovated. Perfectly located in front of the Dniepr. Magnificent bar and restaurant on the top floor with a view of the city. Top Quality bedding and outstanding breakfast. Nice team attending.
