  Nice resort - but not EV friendly (no charging available)

  We've stayed at this resort twice previously, and while we like the rooms and amenities, I don't think we'll be back. We have an EV, and there are no facilities on the premises to charge over night. With EV's being more and more common, I'd highly recommend the property owners to consider installing these. Free would be great, but even if there was a paid option, that would be a great option. Until then, we have to go with other properties who offer this.

  Cozy room

  We booked a 2 bedroom unit for our first trip to Pigeon Forge. We are from Louisiana and had lots of questions before we even got there and all PBX/front desk staff were so helpful. There was plenty of parking and the staff are super friendly. My son enjoyed visiting the parrot (Rivers) everyday at the front lobby. The room was "wow", clean, plenty of space and so cozy with the fireplace. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and was fixed right away. We loved the washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack heavy. The location of the resort was the best part. Seconds from all the restaurants and entertainment. We went to Gatlingburg one of our days here and it took us less than 20 minutes to get there. We will definelty be coming back and will be staying here again.

  Great Place to Stay!!! We will be back!

  I did ALOT of research before I booked our first trip to PF. There are so many options. But I am so thankful I picked Riverstone Resort and Spa. We rented a 3 bedroom condo which was perfect for my husband, 3 kids, and in-laws. There was plenty of space, and the beds were comfy. I loved the huge master bathroom. There was plenty of room in the kitchen, and a nice dining room table. We loved the gas logs too. Most importantly it was clean! Our room was really nice and I felt good staying there. We will be staying here again.

  Best Around

  I can't say enough about this resort. We were staying at another hotel that turned into a disaster. Called Riverstone that welcomed us with open arms. They made arrangements to get us in early and even gave us 10% discount after hearing of our horrible experience at the other hotel. Riverstone Resort staff was so nice and helpful. 10/10! The resort was quiet, clean and beautiful. Definitely will be coming back next year. You guys are awesome! Thank you for making our vacation worthwhile.

  Peaceful and relaxing honeymoon

  Due to the pLandemic that plagued the world, my wife and I were forced to find an alternative honeymoon than the cruise we initially planned. Could not be happier with our decision to come to Riverstone Resort & Spa instead! Along with the wonderful view from our room, we enjoyed leaving the balcony door cracked to listen to the peaceful sound of the river flowing down below! Plenty of amenities on property to enjoy, superb location that allowed easy access to all the wonderful entertainment available in the area, spacious room with more cozy decor, friendly staff, the list goes on! Seriously cannot say enough great things about this place! We truly enjoyed our stay, and thank them for offering a wonderful honeymoon alternative!
