  HOTEL ABSOLUTAMENTE VERGONZOSO, SUCIO, MAL MANTENIDO

  El hotel se encuentra a las afueras de Kumbakonam. Es un sitio absolutamente sucio, sin mantenimiento, con unas instalaciones deplorables, con toallas y sabanas sucias, un baño deplorable y una habitación que no se ni como calificar. Creo que no he estado en un hotel peor en mi vida. El personal es correcto y la piscina es bonita, se termino, no volvería allí ni aunque me pagaran por dormir allí. La habitación esta super mal mantenida, las toallas y sabanas sucias, pedimos nuevas y hasta 5 veces nos trajeron juegos de toallas cada cual más sucio. En el baño esta todo junto sin separación y cuando tiras de la cadena sale por el suelo parte del contenido. Para olvidad, nunca más en mi vida.

  happy stay

  twenty minutes drive from kumbakonam railway station... entrance and parking greet us with greenery view. a small walk along the greenery path and as we pass the small recreation space, the rooms built on the sides of swimming pool emerge. spacious family room, good room service and staff members. try to have some disco lighting / short music time / recreation on the open air theater and improve the cleaning time-span near it. sure to visit again. keep it up crew.

  I recommend it highly

  The hotel has a very pleasant and restful . The staff are very courteous and eager to help customers every way they can. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but the shower was not very good. That is the only negative thing I have to say.

  Please avoid this place

  We booked 2 standard rooms based on description on MakeMyTrip, that rooms are 300 sq.ft.size. But the rooms are hardly 150 sq.ft. Towels were really dirty. Rooms were stinky. Don't know why they have 4-star reviews. The staff is equally incompetent to deal with this. Manager was not available. We were forced to stay as it was late evening, and we were with family. Won't recommend anyone to stay here just by looking at nice pictures.

  Pretty good ambience but needs much better maintenance

  Location of the hotel is okay and ambience also pretty good with lot more trees and greeneries. They do have clean pool and lawns We hired pandian cottage for 4 adults. But we were provided only 3 beds with cots another one they gave one bed alone which had to be put on the floor. Ac was cool but only one remote was provided Toilet was clean but the wash basin taps and toilet seat were pretty old and must have been fitted at the time of inauguration of hotel. Never changed and all look like brown or yellowish. Only one heater was working for both bathrooms. Hot water was sufficient for only one individual bath and had to wait again. The breakfast was complimentary but very little varieties. We ordered for dosa they said what we provided mini uthappam is what ava6for you idly offered on request but were not hot. We ordered for some bakoda and pongal around 9.30 am but delayed and after so many reminders it was served around 10.40 am and by that few guest who cam to visit started to leave. Bedsheet towel toiletries are all okay Staff were very courteous and cooperative Stayed just for a day Reporting time 1 pm checkout time 10 am Pl plan well so that you can cover many temples
