  Budget Hotel

  I had booked my friend here for a weekend visit. He doesn't like the room as it is very small and windowless, so I asked if they have another room that has a window, and they moved him to top floor, river view but no telephone. Nothing fancy, AC is also noisy but he is okay with it. Room is still small though, compared to other hotels on the same price range. Place is near to smallville, esplanade and SM City. Staffs are friendly. They also accept long term stay.

  Horrible!

  Bed is so small. Elevator is horrible. PLUS. it's like a dorm for students. no visitors allowed for hotel guests beyond 10pm. we tried to get a hotel service from a spa and they asked us to pay 230 as visitor's fee. absurd!

  Caters to students attending St. Agustin and other nearby colleges...

  When searching for monthly digs in the city, checked out a few rooms in this dormitel, and the units that faced the river were less than sparse. In reality they are not suited to anyone who wants the amenities of a decent hotel, but are spartan, poorly furnished and ugly as a place that's suited to bed-spacer rooms with kids from families that are likely fairly squeezed financially to send their kids to school. Want a budget hotel that is decent? Try Home Square near the capitol centre or Lourdes Dormitel near Robinson's on Ledesma for fairly cheap monthly rates. Or if have the budget, People's Hotel or Midtown Hotel that have decent rooms but on a daily basis. Steer clear of Riverside. Unless a student from a poorer family, it's just too inadequate, even for a backpacker that possiblly wants something that's got some character...?

  Highly disappointed

  I felt bad staying at this place. I came to Iloilo for a whole day conference and a good friend referred me here. The room was very small, but I thought it's ok since I'm just staying there for a few hours. The internet connection is very bad, like there's no connection at all. I wasn't able to find a place that sells cp load so I relied so much on the wifi which extremely failed me and at that time, I have to connect to the net because I was having a convo with a friend whom I haven't talked to for a long time. But the receptionist was helpful.

  No Other Choice

  This is really not the hotel we planned to stay. But our choice hotel is already fully booked and our Business partner is already staying on this hotel. I am making this review to tell my recent experience on my stay. When we opened the door on our room we were received with a welcome..... the ROACHES are waiting for our arrival. This is one thing I really don't like. The hotel can make some changes since it is in the middle of the city but I guess are not willing to spend. This will now be a no recommendation and no more staying on this hotel.
