  Suite 3- never again!

  Hilarious to say that this "villa" offers enough space for 4 People! We were a Family of three and it was definitely the Most horrible "bed" I ever slept in. It was in fact an old couch which was terribly Hard on one side and too Hard on the other..the Light is shining through the door and the whole houses in the street are rented to young People that celebrate all night long..That would not be a Problem if the Host would mention that before...So in total a very disappointing stay and you couldn't even think about sleeping...If you are young and want to have Party and excitement that is the right place to stay

  Nice Amenities Close To The Beach

  I stayed here with extended family over the July long-weekend in suite #2 of the Beach1 Riverfront Villa and this is a very nice property. The location is a five-minute walk from the beach which makes it convenient and avoids the hassle of finding a place to park at Wasaga Beach. Beach1 has other properties available in the area too, either within shared or single-use houses. In total, my group had two bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out couch, a full kitchen and bathroom, plus patio and parking all to ourselves. For our shared use on the same property was a hot-tub, backyard garden, BBQ, fire pit and a dock with Nottawasaga River access. The garden was particularly nice, although we probably spent most time at the beach. The rooms were all very clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The wifi, A/C and TV all were issue-free. While our upstairs housemates were a bit noisy the first night, a discussion the next day with Aaron, the owner, resulted in quieter nights after that. It seems that many visitors to Wasaga Beach are young, partying types who flock here in summer to take advantage of the amazing beaches, so things can get out of hand without quick intervention. Our group had a fabulous time here and I would recommend this riverfront villa as providing good value and excellent service.

  Awesome experience!

  Our stay from start to finish was amazing! Booking was simple and easy, the villas we're clean and well kept. Aaron was easy to reach and available if needed. Overall our stay was fantastic and we would definitely rent here again.

  Has been charged twice! Terrible!

  Staying in Riverfront Villa - Suite #1 was the worst experience we ever had. -The dishwasher was out of order -There was no hand soap in washroom -Our bed made unbearable noises -The other bed had sinking curve and no one could sleep on it -Some of the oven knobs didnt work And the list is go on and on But the worst part is they charged us twice!! Once Canadastay.com charged us the same price we saw in the website, and Aaron, the owner, who we never met and we couldnt reach him during our stay, charged us way more than that. No body is deserved to have the vacation being ruined by such a person. So Im not recommending using Aarons Riverfront Villas.
