  Excelente muy limpio y muy buen gusto

  Me encanto, es pequeño pero con los servicios y la elegancia de un inmenso hotel. Servicio a la altura y hermosas vistas. Habitaciones de lujo y mucho q ver por los alrededores. Destaco q es de muy buen gusto y tiene internet

  Acogedor

  Este hotel cuenta con 4 diamantes de la AAA, es limpio, las habitaciones son amplias y acogedoras. Se encuentra en la zona de viñedos por lo que el hotel tiene vista hacia uno de ellos. El servicio es sencillo y amigable.

  Great experience!

  We loved our stay at the Riverbend. The atmosphere is amazing. Large staircase in the lobby, old fashioned bar, great views of the winery. The staff was so nice. Lidia was at the front desk and was very helpful. Our room was very large and comfortable. Karen and Rose at the restaurant were very pleasant. They made our day! We ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered to our room while we were not there. It was perfectly chilled. We went to thank them at the bar for the great service. Dinner was fantastic in the restaurant. I have food allergies and the chef was very helpful creating a delicious meal that I could eat. Did I mention the views? Watching the sun come up while eating breakfast on the patio was spectacular. I love the location. Close to lots of wineries that we were able to walk to. Now we are home we are already planning our next visit!

  Do not recommend breakfast

  The hotel in the outside and public spaces is charming. It was our first time there so we were looking forward to a great experience as weve had at other hotels many many times in the area. Checking in agent was not very polite, I would even say a bit cold/rude. The room she placed us in was the attic, The bedding was old, lumpy, frail /coming apart, the bathroom was clean. I was willing to overlook that when we enjoyed a drink outside looking over the vineyard at sunset, it was beautiful. Breakfast the following day was interesting, our eggs came but not how we asked, the sausages were cold in the centre as if the whole meal was warmed in the microwave. It was off putting to say the least...the cherry on the icing was our coffee cups had rings around the inside of the cup and coffee droplets down the side from previous users...before even filling them at the table...not happy! Its actually sad because the location is perfect for a getaway and still close enough to town, the hotel is charming, the views at sunset are perfect. This hotel needs an overhaul on the staff and food quality. Im usually very kind and thoughtful when writing a review but I feel that guests need to know what they may experience.

  Very cosy location

  Stayed here new years eve. Booking and check was easy and friendly. Beautiful location. Suite was very clean and cozy. Fireplace made it feel very comfortable. We went to visit the falls and some of the Christmas light displays along the way were absolutely beautiful. Definately will be back.
