  buen lugar

  Viaje en el 2013, por trabajo. Buen lugar, el ambiente las comidas servidas. Las personas fueron amables en todo momento. El lugar siempre estuvo limpio y se encuentra ubicado en una zona segura y tranquila. Si volviera a esa ciudad, pensaría en ese hotel inmediatamente.

  Its best days are behind it

  I spent three nights at the River Prince in June 2019. The hotel may have once been a elegant and modern, but today seems shabby and decaying. There was a lovely and helpful lady at reception, but nearly everyone else on the hotel staff seemed to just be going through the motions and there was no passion for customer service one usually experiences in other Vietnam hotels. There was nothing special about the breakfast buffet. My hotel room had no air conditioning, which is probably not a problem in the cooler Dalat climate, but the room might be stuffy without opening the windows. My windows were in the front of the hotel. There is a loud bar/club nearby and they party into the wee hours, so light sleepers may want to insist on a room at the rear of the hotel. I'm not a light sleeper so the noise didn't bother me too much, and I really enjoyed the hotel's location otherwise. I liked Dalat, but would probably try another hotel if I visit again.

  Never again at this hotel

  Ive booked this hotel against the advise of my tour agent as it is within walking distance to the night market and to some of the best eateries that I know. This was the 2nd time Id stayed here. Cons: The rooms have seen better days and is not well maintained at all. The towel provided has stained all over it and the room slippers are recycled. Very poor hygiene. The lock to the toilet is broken and they just added a small latch (see photo). I just cant accept this standard from a hotel selling at this price. The rooms facing the Main Street are extremely noisy as there is a disco/bar that plays very loud music way until at least 1 am. To make it worst, there is no air conditioner in the hotel and you have to open the window to let the cool air (and noise from disco and constant honking of traffic) to come into the room. Breakfast spread is catered mostly to their countrymen, and they litter the whole restaurant. Pros: Like I said earlier - location. Will I come back? Not at all. Period.

  Great location

  Hotel is centrally located.. walking distance to night bazaar. Hotel staff able to speak simple English to be understood. Breakfast was good and had wide spread. There wwre food outlets across the road for those who miss their pizza and fried chicken.

  Good location

  Hotel had a good location. Near night market, comfortable bed, they had a nice FO team. FO staffs all were friendly and tried their best to caried out customer request. Breakfast was good, many choices, good service, especially Mr. Hu Long, he had all paid attention to guest in order that they can correct their training staff mistake in time. I would recomend this hotel and be going to come back next time.
