  Stay away from the management company Beach Vacations, you have been warned!!!

  Do not rent any vacation rentals through Beach Vacations located at 590 River Oaks Dr. I did not listen to one of the previous reviews and it was the worst vacation experience of my life. This company sets you up in the nastiest rooms they have first and hold onto better rooms for who knows what reason. We switched rooms 4 times and still ended up getting sent to a North Myrtle Beach condo. The rooms all had urine stains on the mattresses and the furniture was dirty and broken. Blood stains were also on the sheets. When we asked for another room, we were told all the rooms are like that. What company would tell a paying customer that. We were passed from one employee to another in the hopes that we would settle for these disgusting rooms. There may be clean rooms at this resort, but you will not get one through Beach Vacations.

  Our condo was nice

  I read the other reviews weve stayed her for the past 4 years and weve always had a clean condo. The staff could be more helpful. They could answer the telephones when you call. Weve always gotten the pool key. The Condo we stayed in this year was beautiful and well kept.

  Dirty

  As soon as I got into my condo I look at the bed and all I seen was stains all over the bed, I checked in late so I called the next morning while I was at work and I told them I have pictures of the bed and how it looked when I got to the condo, the next morning I checked out I showed the lady at the desk her respond was oh that look like a bleach stain no it wasnt she then said Ill tell house keeping didnt apologize that it was dirty. She claim I should of called as soon as I checked in as I told her I checked in late it wasnt no one at the office and I did called the next morning and told The lady I spoke to. She wasnt no help so I will not return to river oaks

  Initially just ok, but turned out fantastic

  We arrived late and were placed in 63B. When we first walked in the smell was horrible. Turns out the trash had not been taken out and there was raw turkey remnants left in the storage room right. Y the door. Outside of that, it was ok. The place was dated-had old appliances, old furniture, but overall ok. What was excellent was the customer service of blue green vacations and river oaks. Apparently, blue green sets you up in a condo they dont own so you will want to purchase one of their timeshares. I get it, but if they would have put us up in the 2nd condo we stayed in, they may have made a deal. Due to an oversight on my part, we had to change condos, and wow!!!!! Night and day difference in the appearance and quality of the room. Everything was updated-stainless steel appliances, modern furniture, full size washer and dryer. CLEAN. Katherine at river oaks was phenomenal from check-in to check-out. She made our stay fantastic.

  River Resort Vacations Girls Trip gone bad!!!

  So my daughter and her friends my a reservation through Booking.com and came across the Grand Villa Resort River Oaks Resort upon arrival to their condo unit Bldg #10 condo F, they were faced with pure filth and uncleanliness, I was sent pictures of disappointment and tears, I couldnt believe that anyone would ever have the nerve to allow this condo to be occupied by anyone. Someone need to call the Health Department. Mold in the refrigerator, no clean linen, dirt on the furniture etc... disgraceful is putting it mildly. They never stayed, and thank God they had enough money to go reserve a room at a nearby hotel, that was more accommodating.
