  Worst ever Avoid at all cost,

  Water all over the bathroom floor, from leaking taps, covered in mould, all the room stank. When complained, yea yea we know, but nothing done about it. when using certain power points you could hear them arching in the walls, the place is a fire hazard. the pillows were yellow from previous sweat and no pillow slips, bed covers were stained, and the towels were thread bare, no maintenance, no idea, and they don't care. Who ever gave them a high rating must have been paid, or were written by them selfs. Frank b.

  Good value budget accommodation but don't expect much else.

  The room was clean and spacious but everything seemed worn and old (especially the bathroom fittings). Location is great but no parking provided. The breakfast option was very very cheap but the food on offer was very limited (it mostly catered to Indonesian tastes).

  Amazing value

  Needed a bed in Legian for 1 night & booked Rivavi - booked day before & only paid AU $31.50 King sized bed, safe, fridge & good sized swimming pool with midday checkout. Outside & lift appearance need a bit of TLC but room was in very good order. Downside - no window

  Comfortable but unacceptable service

  I hate giving negative reviews so let me start with what the do right. The bed and pillows were one of the most comfortable I have experienced anywhere. And given that you spend little time doing much else when you are holidaying that's a big plus....But, the room was without toilet paper TWICE!!! once was immediately after the room had been cleaned. Why there is no checklist or it not followed is beyond me. I would've thought a spare roll would ensure that it never occured. Also, no hand soap was provided. we were told we had to use the shower gel. We asked for extra towels which were not delivered. Breakfast was catered for Indonesian guests, very little for westerners. If it was not for hygiene, I would have rated it 3.

  Amazing staff and nice hotel for price

  I stayed at rivavi for 11 days and couldnt have asked for more from them Room was cleaned well everyday and also the king suite was very nice the bed was comfy and not a single hiccup while there would recommend very much
