  Great value for money!

  We stayed weekend in Istanbul at this hotel. Hotel is located in the heart of Nisantas. Excellent location for us. Rooms are very large, clean and has nice decoration. Staff were kind and helpful. My sister had a birthday during the stay and they sent her cake and drinks - very nice thought! Hopefully we will return soon.

  great location, pleasant staff

  i stayed at a hotel recommended by family - very nice location - high end part of istanbul but not very touristy in the Nisantas region of istanbul. it was easy to do shopping and get around. the upside was friendly and helpful staff, the downside was the hotel could do with some refurbishment. The breakfast was quite good.

  Nisantasi is an area with high end shops

  Location and and excess to Metro is excellent. Hotel staff are nice, especially Mr. Kareem who has coordinated on the hotel booking. This is my 2nd trip as we have attended a exhibition which is walk-able distance. However only down side is on the hotel aircond. It's generally set at 27 degree in June !! Temperature outside is cooler than in the room. Each time we had to request for lower temperature and the lowest is 25 degree and last only for a while. The same had happen on the 1st time we have stayed. Next year, we will be checking on a different hotel.

  Highly recommended for price, location, cleanliness and room size

  Stayed twice at Hotel Riva Nisantasi in August. Large rooms, great location, close to Osmanbey Metro. Good service overall. On the negative side: no international channels, serves breakfast only and very basic offering. Also requested an alarm call and was called 41 mn late. But overall very good experience. Receptionist Alp was particularly pleasant.

  Terrible terrible terrible

  Certainly the worst hotel in Istambul. Rude staff with no skill at the front desk and poor customer service. When you get in they totally ignore you. The room is coming from the 70s with a huge need of refurbishment. Kettle not working so we asked for a replacement which we never got. Our door key was not working each time and we had to go to the reception each time to get someone with a master key to open it. I found a bug in the bathroom anyway the list could be long and we decided to get out of this hotel from hell after the first night.
