Publicidad enganosa. Fake photos
El hotel esta bien y la atencion tambien. La playa esta a 5 minutos caminando. El centro de Da Nang y el puente del dragon estan como a 10 min Tiene buena atencion en general desde el lobby hasta la alberca La calificacion baja se debe a que las fotos que se encuentran en la pagina oficial del hotel no corresponden a las intalaciones

Hospitality At It's Finest
I rarely give reviews, there typically has to be something overly special about my experience to get me to do so, and this is certainly one of those times. I spent ten nights in a row at Da Nang's Risemount Resort at the end of last year, it was late Nov into early Dec 2019 From check in to departure everything was a breeze... Reception agents were smiling and efficient. The dining at breakfast accommodated my special meal requests in an over & beyond fashion! The room cleaning staff on my floor were smiling, friendly young men & women who asked regularly if all was ok. My room had a pool view looking through a bit of well appointed foliage on the balcony. The resort has two pools and both are set up nicely for swimming and relaxing, plenty lengthy with shallow areas for wading. It's a very conveniently located property with good dining and plenty to see all within short walking distance, including the beach. Frankly, I could go on & on but am only allowed so much wording. It's almost not fair to point out the great hospitality of any one team member as they were all so nice! But it usually begins at the top and The Risemount Resort didn't appear to be different... The GM, Chris, is an absolute gentleman who has a distinct knack for mixing professionalism with a natural down-to-earth demeanor. I always looked forward to seeing him and reporting on how my day went and how great his staff was to be around. Thanks again to you all!

Nice White Hotel
It is not tall tower, but we was suprise that this hotel was so beautiful, like Santorini style with only l Blue and white color. The room was clean and good decoration. The staff was friendly and polite. Well done!

The only urban resort in Da Nang
Risemount Premier Resort is one of the very few, if not the only, resort-style hotel within Da Nang city where we have been living for the past 18 months. The holiday vibe comes through as soon as you step out of your car. The pool area, the centrepiece of the hotel, is well-designed and you will be forgiven if you think that you are somewhere in the calm Mediterranean instead of bustling Vietnam. The pool itself, which we have used many times, is very clean and the water gently treated with no hint of chlorine at all. It also has a hydromassage feature, something that is not so common even in the big resorts in Da Nang. The view from the pool is great - plenty of palm trees and greenery, the Greek building design, and a tranquility that is hard to find in city hotels. There is also a smaller roof-top pool with another bar where it is probably quite nice to cool off and watch the sunset. The hotel is well-located on a street with several local restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacy, a Western supermarket, and some shopping. We enjoyed our night's stay in the hotel and find the room on par with some of the ones in the 5-star chains. The furniture is functional and comfortable, and although clean-cut, the design accent is beach holiday through and through. Linens and amenities are squeaky clean, and apart from the desk chair, there are 2 cute loveseats, a pleasant surprise that gave both of us our own plot of real estate that is so precious during hotel stays. The food is also worth a mention. Because of Covid the hotel is offering a set meal option, a tea set menu, and of course breakfast. We tried all three. The set meal is adequate and we had no qualms about it. The breakfast is tasty, but it is the tea set that shines. There is a good balance between savoury and sweet items that are all very well-made. And we enjoyed devouring the delicious little treats after our daily swim. We had the tea set many times and the quality has been very consistent, so kudos to the kitchen team. But the thing we are most impressed with is the staff here. They are friendly and service is personal, giving you the feeling that you are visiting someone's home rather than a hotel. The general manager Simon is very hands-on - it is great to see him engaging with staff frequently and going about the premises checking on things. He is obviously very passionate about his work and wants to help everyone on the team become the best they can. And his efforts have paid off, as staff really tries hard and everyone seems genuinely happy to be there. The F&B manager Quoc is very attentive and is more than happy to accommodate our needs. Risemount really knows how to do hospitality properly, making us feel warmly welcomed every time. They are also trying to buy local and fair trade - all the more reason to support this little gem of a boutique retreat instead of some massive soul-less resort miles away from everything. The Risemount team have looked after us extremely well. Go here to truly relax and enjoy yourself.

Horrible service from Sales Marketing at Risemount Danang - Please consider to book any events here
I did not intend to post negative feedback to this channel but I have received very bad service from Sales Marketting Department ( Ms Phuong - Senior Sales Marketing) and I would like to bring to your attentions as below: 1.Booking process: -At 11:00am on Feb 22nd 2021, I did contact Ms Phuong to book a venue to take place my sons birthday party. From our first agreement, we both agreed the quotation at 4,680,000 VND nett for the venue. I therefore printed out all Invitation Card for my beloved guests to set the appointment on Feb 24th 2021. However, at 3:00 pm, I was informed again by message that Ms Phuong would like to increase the rental fee up to 7,500,000 VND nett in order to cover your electrical fees as you think its not fair for your resort. Yes, the extra fee at 2,820,000 VND nett will cover the electricity fee as you said. OTHERWISE, if I do not agree this extra fee at last minutes, your Finance Department will refund all amount to my account and I have to find another venue to rent, and of-course I have to re-inform to all guests about the change as well as reprint all Invitation Card. I had no choice but agree with your proposal, Ms Phuong. 2.Our experience in the party: -I brought guests to Risemount Resort for the party, who will be all your potential customers in the future. Can you image that your side tried to get extra charge but actually, the venue was very dark, it was hard to see each other's faces , not mention about how can we find the foods on tables ( sent video to her for evidence). I felt shameful with my guests. If you would like to have another extra fee, please let me know in advance instead of let things happened. 3.Guests privacy: Its a good way to advertise your business thanks to social media sites, but is it good to public my sons pictures into Ms Phuong's Facebook without asking my permission ? I sent email to her and received her response. She promised to refund the extra charge to my bank account. But I never received anything. It seems the hotel are playing with their customers. I will never recommend my friends and relatives to use the services here anymore.
