  Truly 3stars hotel, adequate

  The hotel is truly 3stars hotel, adequate, the lobby, restaurant, rooms alley (hallway) are quite clean, ceramic tiles dominant instead of marble tiles. When I stayed only a night (14th Dec'13), the hotel was in renovation activities (repainted, exterior renovations)... Located in a sub-main road of Palembang, next to Rukos (SoHos) which selling local foods etc. The flaws are the stains & hole caused by cigarette I found on the bed sheet in a Non-Smoking room. The Air Conditioner unit is non-central, single-splitted unit as in private houses, and quite noisy, my friend said in his room, it was leaking. The Wi-Fi provided in every floor, I was in 6th floor, but the Wi-Fi didn't work in that floor, I reported this to the 'front desk', they said that they'll fix that, unfortunately until morning and I checked out, no connection, still (RioCity6th)... I was using 5th floor connection with a slow connection... My friends were next door, he said his TV channel was only local TV, the cable channels weren't work. My room was fine 1-10, I'd like to say that this hotel is 6,9. Thank you

  GOOD PLACE BUT DIRTY

  - GOOD LOCATION.--> Close to local shops, Easy to buy Palembang Souvenirs. - CLEANLINESS --> A bit dirty, i still could find some stains on the bed and blanket, the are some scratch on the wall, the smell of the bathroom is not really fresh/ nice. Until i ask for fragrances from hotel staff. - SERVICE--> Very Good. They are Helpful and fast. Ask for extra Pillow without any surcharge. After all, I still advice this hotel for whom consider only for the price and location.

  just average/standard

  Location near famous pempek "Beringin", near oleh-oleh Kerupuk 301. walk to Ampera bridge will takes about 15-20 minutes. Poor Wi-Fi connection, can not connect to it at all. Average taste of breakfast.

  Good value for money

  Clean and spacious room. Very nice and helpful hotel stuff. Good breakfast - you can choose either Indonesia or Western food. The wi-fi signal could be a little bit stronger though. Overall it's a good value for money.

  Great location

  Always stay here when i come to palembang to visit my family. But this time the hotel seems go down the hills. The room is dirty, and dusty. Almost everyday we had to call the receptionist to clean our room. But receptionist was very helpful, locations is 5 starts.
