  Bastante pobre, pero me gustó

  El hotel no tiene ningún lujo. Ninguno. Es como pasar unos días en casa de un amigo al que no le van muy bien las cosas. Una habitación pequeña, una cama grande, una ventana a la calle y un baño bastante viejo. Y sin ascensor, claro. Lo mejor, poder darse un paseo por el río (que está al lado) a cualquier hora. En Londres, se agradece. Y tiene buenos pubs y restaurantes cerca. Además, está muy bien comunicado con Waterloo Station. Hay trenes frecuentes y hasta tarde. Recomendable para el que le guste hacer vida en la calle. En verano, el entorno es maravilloso. Abstenerse remilgados, gente que vaya a pasar mucho rato en la habitación y todo aquel que se sienta a gusto en las enormes aunque impersonales habitaciones de las grandes cadenas hoteleras. El desayuno, normalillo. Ah, y otra recomendación: si mides más de 1'85, la ducha te resultará pequeña, y las mesas de desayuno, también.

  Good location, well run, welcoming, good value

  I stayed here for two nights. Staffing is minimal but this hotel is well managed and spotlessly clean. Much to my relief, there were METAL keys for both the front and room doors, a very pleasant change from key cards, which frequently malfunction. The stairs were steep and narrow (photos): it is a converted old house. The décor in both the public areas and my room was (204) tasteful. My room was small but well planned and comfortable (photo). When the central heating was on, it worked well. In the wardrobe were room heaters. There were also a suitcase stand, an iron and an ironing board. The only negative item was the theft-proof clothes-hangers, difficult to manipulate. There was a small desk (photo) with tea- and coffee making facilities, including decaffeinated tea and biscuits. There were two power points at the desk top. In the desk drawer were electrical adaptors, a thoughtful touch. The desk light was not functioning: I reported this and was assured it would be dealt with. There was a very detailed Guest Information folder, even including stationery. The one thing I could not find was a TV guide: the TV worked well and had numerous channels. The WiFi was easy to access and of good quality. The bed was comfortable but - as so often - decorated with a large number of cushions, which were difficult to store. The windows were hard to open and in need of painting (photo). The road (photo) was a bit noisy. The blue light on the television somewhat disturbed my sleep. The room had a small, well equipped bathroom with a bath (photo). There was a good supply of hot water. There were two waste bins: an open one by the desk, and a pedal-operated one in the bathroom: noisy, inconveniently placed and difficult to operate. The automatic door-closing mechanism often meant that the door closed with a loud noise. The breakfast buffet was very varied. The breakfast area would be just adequate for a full complement of guests, but the tables were very small. They were very flexible when I had to change my booking.

  1 night stay in Richmond,London

  Good location. Very cosy and clean, small room for only one person. Properly equiped small bathroom. Little bit cold and windy room specially now when wind was blowing. Super kind receptionist and fantastic breakfast. I had late check out possibility which saved my day. I would definately come back staying here next time in London.

  Really nice hotel

  We stayed the night as we were off to a party in Ham. The hotel is simple, but clean and really good value in a brilliant location.really easy for Richmond and 5 minutes from the Tube. The breakfast was simple but good and above all the staff are fantastic!

  Super place near middle of Richmond

  Very nice boutique hotel. Room very quiet, couldnt hear constant aircraft or traffic. Many restaurants nearby and nice pubs. And movie house. Barbers, and Thai massage. Breakfast is brilliant for £5.
