  Nice little hotel

  Me and my partner stayed for a couple of nights hear and we were happy we got to the hotel a lot earlier than. We had planned to so just wanted to check if we could park up the front door had a number to call in case there was no answer from door bell so we spoke with the people running it who told us there was no problem parking up and even came down and checked us in at the time the room was lovely we were on the ground floor must have been a family room as was extra bed it was nice the room it self came with fridge microwave toaster and plenty of cutlery in case we decided to eat in the room was clean and well presented the owner was very knowledgeable about the local area and this has to do would really recomend this hotel to friends its two mins from main Street in town and 2 mins away from the convention center

  Average BnB.. great hosts.

  We stayed in the double deluxe room, price was not much more than standard rooms. Has a kettle, tea coffee and milk, a tv and comfy bed with en suite. En suite was abit dated and small.. not suited for larger guests. We had fresh towels daily and the host was able to reccomend some local restaurants and things to do. There is a cat who stays in the house who was very cute. Thankyou for your hospitality Rob and Sparticus!!

  Cheeky weekend away

  · Room was very small and dated, bed low, found it hard to sleep, felt like we were over charged for the room we received which didnt include breakfast, the owner was friendly and did comment that our room was expensive due to it being race weekend which we were not aware of. The house looked like it needed modernisation. The good thing about this guesthouse is the location and we had free parking. All in all very basic, defo no thrills place to stay.

  Nice little B&B

  Stayed last night the owners let us check in early by arrangement which was great,small room but spotlessly clean with ensuite,flat screen tv, tea n coffee facilities room looked recently decorated we were very happy for the low price we paid and would stay again !

  Great place to get your head down

  Stayed here with my son to watch the snooker at the waterfront theatre. My son and I had a double room each which was very very good value for money. Will definitely book again for next year, I couldnt fault anything in the room for the price. Ive knocked a star off as the mattress was very hard in my room but my son said his bed was very comfortable. Near to venue, free WiFi, flat screen tv, double bed, table and two chairs, lots of coffee and tea which I was impressed with as Ive stayed in fancy hotels that only have give you two or three sachets! En suite shower all for £27 brilliant value. Friendly owner too
