  Very new, Very Central, and Very Very Nice - GREAT!!!

  The Richmond Ekimae Ines Hotel is very centrally located only about 200 metres from the main railway station. The hotel is very new and extremely clean (spotless in fact!) and is just about perfect. Our room was a great size with 2 very comfortable King Single beds, a small 2 seater lounge, a table and chair and a small bar fridge. A very satisfactorily sized bathroom with great water pressure and nice hot water from the shower however a separate toilet across the entrance way was a very welcome inclusion and great idea! The lobby and breakfast are located on the 8th floor and you are welcomed by the friendliest and happy staff we have ever seen. The breakfast was absolutely great with lashing of traditional and western breakfast offerings (hot and cold) and plenty of seating. There was a convenience store/supermarket just outside the hotel entrance and diagonal opposite was the restaurant and bar area of Fukuyama with gave us unlimited dining opportunities and a few good eating and drinking opportunities. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again - thank and great work guys !

  Perfect stay at useful location for tourism

  Clean and cozy room including fridge, rich breakfast buffet. Location very useful for tourism because it's right next to Shinkansen station Fukuyama which allows quick connection to e.g. Miyajima, Hiroshima, Onomichi, Naoshima..

  Near everything

  Just across the road from the Torii Gate and the food district near Fukuyama Railway Station. Lobby is on the Level 8 so be patient as it takes some time catch the elevator to check in and then up to the rooms above. Breakfast is served at lobby level and covers a good selection of Japanese and Western styles. Can be crowded when the tour buses are staying in the hotel.

  Japan Holiday

  One of the many motels I stayed in on a Trip a Deal tour of Japan. Very comfortable, typical Japanese breakfast supplied. Staff very helpful. Chosen for us by the tour company, however no complaints. Great supply of toiletries, scuffs to put on your feet and gowns.

  travelling again

  We stayed here with our tour group. It is within walking distance of the station and also the castle. The hotel itself is fairly modern but with very small rooms. There is not much room to move around in or put your cases. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and toilet were very clean although also small with little room to put things. The breakfast had a good variety. The reception was on the 8th floor and when everyone arrives together with only 2 lifts there is a long wait to get to reception. Our room was very quiet.
