  Checked out of this hotel after 10 minutes.

  Richly Villa is not a villa. It's not even a hotel.It's not even a proper hostel. Previous reviews said it looked new as shown by their photos. But when I was there in June 2013, everything looked older and dirtier. The hotel was on a small dusty alley. The first thing that hits you is the smell of the lobby. Then it is the messy laundry room that was ope for everybody to see. Then it is the young men and their half consumed beer and poor English at the reception. All these even before you even check in. But the room was really the final straw. Small room with a hard bed and a view of crumbling buildings and drains. The toilet is just a small room with a sink and shower. If you are a bunch of adventurous young men then sure, go for this "villa".But if you are looking for a nice place to rest in, then, for the love of God, do not choose these poor man's hostel. I checked out after 10 minutes and did not even care to get a refund.

  Weird, not professional..

  Rude room service (new employee) the new guy never knock on the door and just easily use master key to enter all the room and don't even bother to say sorry. Been there for two month feel like in school hostel.. Not suggested to be first place to stay but if there is no other place available you might consider. Room condition: ok Room hygiene: dusty, especially under the bed, top of cupboard and furniture. Toilet/bathroom: just ok. Location: quite far from main road, surrounded with building construction and in the night the area quite dark. The most appropriate name for this place should be "Richly Hostel" or "Poorly Villa"

  Good location but horror place

  We were at this hotel in October for 2 nights. The only good thing about this villa is the location a few minutes walk from the Pratunam market and mall Siam Paragon. The villa is very dirty.In our room more than 80 percent was occupied by the furniture we could not close the window completely we were lucky that we brought the earplugs. I don't think they clean under the bed. We had free wifi in our room but was very very very slow and disconnecting very often. The bathroom was horror the water was dripping under the sink the shower fall apart on the first use , the bathroom door was very very dirty with mold they gave us only some hand soap. The food was under average and always cold. This villa could be a great place with other staff. Avoid this dump. You can find other hotel in that area with better conditions.

  Disgusting

  Last day in Bangkok and we were looking for a temporary base to leave our luggage and to return to after a day of sightseeing to shower and refresh before leaving for the airport. The hotel was chosen on price and location near a Skytrain station. BIG mistake; the place is a horrid, dimly lit dive. The massive double bed appeared to have fresh linen on it but we weren't sleeping there so I never tried it. The less said about the "bathroom" the better, except to mention standing next to the toilet (or on it actually) operating a hand shower spewing cold water only. The worst hotel we have ever visited, we were glad to be out of there the same day.

  Worst hotel ever!!!

  Poor service with not hotel. Since you arrive to lobby its bed smell with poor service receptionist. The messy room with brown blanket colors. The toilet is so dirty and small. Small room with hard bed! Stay away from this hotel please!!!!!
