  Ok if there's nothing else available

  Overall, I would not recommend. Decent: Basic room with the necessaries for an overnight stay as you pass through. Friendly staff. Bar fridge in the room. Decent bathroom. Flat screen TV. Cheap rates. Not great but ok: You will get some noise from the highway through the thin front walls and windows, but it's not unbearable. Ugh: It was rather disgusting to find hair (from more than 1 person) on both pillows and the sheets of one of the beds.. Good thing I had my sleeping bag and camping pillow. ... Stores and restaurants are just 10 minutes away as you get into Sudbury... as are other hotels and motels at a bit higher of a price point (but perhaps with clean beds).

  Pleasantly surprised

  This was a great place to stop for us on our way further south. An older motel but was very clean. It even smelled clean when we walked in the room. Was very convenient off the highway and there was plenty of space to take our little dog for a walk.

  Terrible!

  The Only good thing about this motel was the photographer who took the pictures I saw online. The bathroom is FULL of mould and mildew Terrible for my childs allergies. There were hairs and stains on the sheets. The beds were old and lumpy. There is no deadbolt on the door And no latch on the window. This was my first time staying in a motel, and it will be my last. For the extra $30 I will be staying in a chain hotel with some corporate policies in place regarding cleanliness and safety.

  Dated, not well maintained

  We had a dog with us so we didnt expect a high quality room. We also recognized the price we paid and you get what you pay for. Having said that: The room was sloping The baseboard in parts was detached from the wall The toilet basin was stained There were large nail/screw holes in the wall However, the room was clean, and the price we paid was low, and there was a fridge, microwave A little care would go a long way

  Old

  After a long day driving in the rain just wanted a hot shower and bed. Tiny bathroom dirty soft spot on floor by bathroom thought the floor might fall though. Would of drove on but to tired. Bed was ok. No internet. Could not log with any of our devices just keep driving better hotels in town
