  Good Hotel near the seaside

  I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights during a conference in September 2011. The hotel is located western very close to Boccadasse which is an exclusive living area in Genoa. The seaside with the promenade as well as a lot of small bars and excellent restaurants are within a short walking distance. Different bus lines runs in front of the hotel so that the city center can be reached quickly in around 15 minutes. The hotel seems to be refurbished and gives a nice, inviting impression but it does not provide any meals. My room was located at the back so that it offers quiet and pleasant nights. However, the room includes no air-conditioning which might be useful in summer season. The manager and the stuff speak English. Finally, the goods and services are dealt with a fair price.

  The hotel is fantastic!

  Fantastic location and fantastic conception - spacious apartments with kitchenettes inside a respectable hotel with a parking place, with a supermarket next door, with a beach in 5 minutes walk, with so charming surroundings. And with so friendly staff! Many many thanks!

  nothing positive but location

  hmmm...where to start...that was the worst accommodation I have experienced so far (except for student dorms in Bratislava). we arrived at around 11pm and was not that easy to get into the building...after getting into the building another problem occurs...no english at all! third fail was the room. smelly, small and I couldn't fit my legs being in the toilet. and this was perpetual for all 3 days of my stay. lazy staff unwilling to at least try to help. and what annoyed me the most was that the guy I was trying to get to show me something on the map just left in the middle of my sentence and when I was after him to finish the sentence he just started, literally, run away! but when it came to money, they understood everything! usual stuff was noone at the reception with bunch of keys just left on the counter. something horrible. we were charged for using shi**y internet horrible cash. right on the two busy streets crossing you wouldn't sleep since 6 - 7am. the only positive thing was nice coffee place behind the corner and short walking distance down to the beach. this hotel should definitely change the management or attitude towards customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.never!

  Super, exsalant service staff is so friendly and with a exalant perssanality, as well as it's situweyted near to the beach and also you find some good resturents along, and its in a key place in Genova, regards keep it up.....

  Hotel viejuno y sin gracia.

  Es un hotel viejo y sin comodidades. El ascensor minúsculo que además es asequible solo desde el primer piso. Habitación pequeña y fría. Nos comentan que no se puede subir la temperatura. Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiasen toallas y sábanas. Realmente todo lamentable.
