  Puro lujo y relax en el centro de Pai

  Estuve en el hotel en agosto, durante dos noches, y fue una experiencia increíble! El hotel tiene unas instalaciones espectaculares! Nuestra habitación tenía acceso directo a la piscina, desde el balcón. El diseño súper bonito y la limpieza excelente! El desayuno era delicioso, todo en un absoluto remanso de paz! Varias veces fui dando un paseo al centro (unos 10-15 min) y otras cogí el shuttle que el hotel pone y que tiene una buena frecuencia de salida! Si vuelvo a Pai repetiría sin dudarlo! Muy recomendable!!

  An amazing trip away

  We enjoyed a perfect 3 days at this hotel. The service was amazing and so was the atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. There are 2 absolutely stunning pools and a relaxing zone at the stream located near the hotel.

  Amazing!

  Really a spectacularly beautiful property. The pools, rooms, space by the river - its all amazing. Only things I can see to improve: 1. Pool loungers are welded in place (I think) so they are fixed to one position - cant lie down. Not sure why! 2. Add some more veggie food to the menu - it is Pai after all. 3. Breakfast is underwhelming. Add pancakes and waffles and avocado on toast and some more filling dishes. But overall cant complain. Really a special place and will only stay here when I come back to Pai.

  Not up to best experience guaranteed or award winner

  Beautiful setting and peaceful environment. Room is very clean, spacy and decorate with taste of retro. Services are rather poor. We didnt have warm welcome. A lady who took us to the room gave an impression that she just did her job, she didnt explain where are switches in the room. We came back at night and had to find them which was not an easy task in the dark. There are only Thai tv channels so my husband used their WiFi to watch his English Channel on iPad. Next morning no more WiFi so we had to ask for. Our last morning was the same story. These are far from Best experience guaranteed and world luxury hotel award winner Showing enthusiasm at this moment would be more appreciated. Some more training and supervision may be a solution.

  Amazing Hidden Gem ! Best Place to Stay in Pai

  Had an amazing stay here. The hotel was very quiet and very few guests due to COVID but they are operating as normal with all the facilities. We arrived very late and the check-in was super quick and staff were really helpful. The hotel decoration was amazing and make you feel like you are somewhere in Europe. The room was very cosy and very rustic look. The bathroom was huge with a fantastic rain shower. The beds were very comfortable and had a good nights sleep after a long drive. We had dinner in the restaurant on site and we were the only ones that night for dinner. The staff that was managing the restaurant was very helpful and the service was fantastic. The food quality was great and arrived very quick. The lounge area is perfect for just relaxing and doing nothing. The breakfast was great too and they bring complimentary scones, toast, pastries and fruit on top of what you order so make sure you have space! Overall a fantastic stay in Pai and very happy to have found this hidden gem. Will certainly return to this hotel if we ever go back to Pai. Too bad that there are not many guests for great places like this due to COVID. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Pai to stay here.
