  Stayed in twin room

  The decor of this heritage hotel is really nice but the room we stayed in was really small and worn out, it has very heavy dampness to it. When feedback to the staff, I was told that this is a heritage building but I still think its time to renovate the room. Theres only a table in the room and dun have enough space to put ur clothes, the clothes will have to be left in the luggage or put on the table. However the location is near to the tourist area.

  Terrible stay

  Hotel seems ok upon entry but everything went downhill from there. I removed the decorative runner at the foot of the bed and found food stains on the bed cover. I went to reception to ask for a replacement. I was told they didnt have time but they could leave one for me to remake the bed myself. Our bathroom flooded when we showered. The staff did nothing about it. I asked for housekeeping to remove and replace soaked towels from our bathroom and to clean the room. I also asked for housekeeping to clean our room 3 times. They never once cleaned the room during our 2 night stay. I do not recommend anyone to stay here. There are many other options. I chose poorly.

  Very nice place

  We stayed in reunion heritage house for 3 nights and definitely would stay longer. Place is clean, staff very friendly, we didnt have a better breakfast that was included during our whole trip. Rooms arent super spacious but very comfortable with a fan, air con and bathroom. Definitely recommended!

  Nice place and good location

  During the RMCO its very affordable to travel within Malaysia, foreign tourists are still not allowed to enter the country. Due to the very reasonable price Ive booked this hotel. Love the room, very well decorated and super clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the location is simply perfect. A bit noisy from the rooms just next door - and a room without window is okay for a short vacation.

  Best Boutique Hotel Ever

  The moment we arrive at the hotel we were greeted by the staf and a genuine service extended through out our stay..Check in process was smooth.Very professionals staff handling and explain every details bout the hotel."A heritage hotel".Loved everything here,from the service to the ambience...room was beautiful and very clean.. concierge will assist us with luggage during check in and check out.The location is good,most of the places are within walking distance.Enjoy our stay here.Keep good up the good hospitality team..!!! 5
