    Great location for the Celtic Festival!

    We were very lucky to get a room during the very busy time in Glen Innes for the Celtic Festival (which we enjoyed immensely!)! Hotel is in a great spot - we walked to the Main Street to watch the parade and we were also able to walk to the festival itself (held at The Australian Standing Stones). Very friendly staff, comfy bed (we did appreciate the electric blanket!), good shower and a handy kitchenette. (We didnt get to dine in the restaurant however it looked very inviting - all lit up with pretty lights.)They provided free water bottles and also small bottles of milk which was very kind! It was a perfect spot to stay in this lovely little country town!

    Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Minimum traffic noise despite being located on a busy thoroughfare. Hostess was most pleasant. Reasonably priced. A key to the various TV stations would be desirable..

    Our room was clean bed was comfortable and utilities were also clean but needs a facelift or update. Had flat screen tv though and split system air con. Also new leather couch but everything else was out dated. Which is a shame was nice looking motel with steak house restaurant which we didnt try.wifi was good too. It was fine for a overnight or 2 night stay. Also had a pool ..

    Clean and Tidy

    A great overnight motel with efficient desk reception and friendly, helpful housekeeping. The children enjoyed the pool and grass area. Dinner was easy with a popular pizza restaurant right across the road. Only one accessible double power point, so bring a double adaptor if you have more than two appliances to plug in. Microwave and toaster was handy. Very firm mattress. Hot shower was good but watch your head on the shower door frame as you get in.

    Rest For The Wicked

    The Rest point Motor Inn is a clean, quiet, well appointed motel, ideal for a stop over in Glen Innes. The bed was comfortable and the amenities plentiful with a spacious bathroom. My room was at the rear of the complex, so well away from any highway noise. I'll definitely stay there next time.
