  Great location

  As you walk down the beach and you pass the umbrellas 3-4 deep you come across one place that is only one deep... Maybe 2. The resort is accessible up the hill .. up the steps or ramp... High Point. Let's face it, you came to our part of the world for while sand and green water. You want to be able to get to it and see it without tripping over others. This is a great place for that coupled with a good resort as well. The condos are spacious and clean. The pool is kid and adult friendly. Things are not so spaced it that you think twice about walking there. And if you are into telling your friends you vacationed on 39a you have that too! Everything in the area is within reach on bike or walking. And the road rules are such that you won't be afraid to cross. man condos come with bikes, and if yours does not then rentals are easily available. This is a nice get away and in an area you can comfortably enjoy. Worth the money a d the time to get here.

  Great stay on 30A!

  Weve been vacationing at High Point Resort for many years, and it is our favorite place to stay on 30A! Weve stayed at other nice resorts in the area, and while weve enjoyed most, we always come back to High Point. You cant beat the location on the beach, the clean and safe complex, beautiful pool, easy access to the beach, complimentary chairs on the beach and two free bikes. They are also one of the few places in all of 30A that has a bar/restaurant right on the beach (Crabby Steves) The complex is in walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Cant wait to return!

  Unit 32E at High Pointe

  Rosemary Beach and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! We are considering making it an annual trip destination! High Pointe was great, we loved the pool, Crabby Steves and the beach access was perfect. The view & location of Unit 32E is amazing, having the beach front balcony was perfect! However the condo could use a little TLC. Not a total deal breaker, but some of the furniture was more for looks than actual use (the dresser drawers in one of the rooms fell out or apart when you tried to open them). Patio furniture could use an upgrade, a few of the chairs are broken & the rugs throughout are looking pretty dirty (maybe best to remove all together). Otherwise it was clean & the grounds were maintained really well! We plan to return, but may explore/consider other units at High Pointe.

  Great location but poor service and attitudes of employees!

  We have stayed at Highpoint for 15 years and will not ever be back. The location is fabulous but it has gone down hill, and rather quickly. New umbrella management company has taken over the beach and they get to dictate who gets to put up a tent at the waters edge and who does not!! Had a party going on of over 100 people. Management said " It was a family reunion" looked doubtful to us since every one we saw was in there 30's and 40's. Very loud and obnoxious! Boom boxes everywhere and parties! Has taken on a beach atmosphere pretty much like Cancun. It did have a reputation of " family friendly". No more. Many other people complained to us as well about the noise and drunk people in front of highpoint, on the beach. The beach company rents to all the locals and they give each other the gate code. Very little security. They could spend the money and have this monitored but choose not to. Will not be back.

  Excellent location near Rosemary Beach

  Our rental unit was nicely updated, the only real negative was unreliable wifi. But the pool was very nice and access to the beach super convenient. The rental came w/ two bikes and two chairs/umbrella for the beach that were set up and waiting for us each morning. We could easily walk to shops and dining in Seacrest right across the street, or in Rosemary, one block away. The folks in the rental agency and the guards at the gate were friendly. October was a good time to avoid the crowds.
