Average & overpriced basic accomodationMy partner and I stayed here in Jan for some snowboarding and we were very surprised by the photos and what was our actual accomodation. When we first arrived we didnt realise we had to go elsewhere to check in which was 2.5km away (@ the Aspen) with no way of getting there with our luggage that we were aware of given we were new to town. We then found out that there is a free shuttle bus filled with boarders and skiers. Luckily the owner of another set of units kindly took us, and allowed us to store our luggage with him. We ordered a standard king room which was two king singles pushed together in a shoe box with a bathroom. We tried to open a dividing door to another unit as we thought what we booked was bigger, however this was locked and just a small barrier between us and another apartment that liked to party and just walk around above and next to us. There was no amenities to actually make or cook our own food - not even a common area and had to buy our own Cutlery and glass bowls just to eat cereal. Ridiculous. No channels on the tv No front desk or local reception as this was co located at the Aspen. Services dropping off food and snow gear struggled to find our unit due to terrible numbering and visibility. We had to check in at the Aspen purely to receive a key to the garbage disposal area (we never used), fitness area (an old treadmill And elliptical), sauna and pool area. The doors are all coded and others who stayed here who are managed by other companies received their codes by email prior to arriving. The only thing going for this place is location and the internal heating.

We had a great time!Nice hot tub, great beds, top equipment in the kitchen. everything you need is there. Perfect and the money totally worth! Free parking, very close to everything. Our apartment was huge and we had a lot of space

Neat & tidyLocated at back end of village (across the road) Supermarket very close. Lovely, well appointed apartment. Had everything we needed! Great kitchen, fireplace and hot tub. Bedrooms small, but fine. Very comfortable

Convenient to the Village & ResponsiveWe stayed for 3 weeks over 2020 Christmas. I have good & bad things to say: Good: 1. Very convenient to the Lower Village and a fast shuttle to the main Whistler Gondola 2. Harmony team is very responsive and quick to find solutions to small problems. 3. Smart TVs in almost every room. 4. Clean and well organized with great instructions at check-in /out. Bad: 1. Pictures on VRBO don't convey the rather small square footage of the unit. It is advertised as a 3Br but the reality is that one of the bedrooms is no more than a converted bathroom. 2. The unit would be fine for two couples but way too small for 6 people. This should be clear from the dining table and number of seats but I missed it in the photos. 3. Internet connectivity was intermittent with some long drop-outs and three complete resets required. I'm a technical guy so no problem for me but annoying to see the buffer wheel on the smart TV so often.
