  Excellent Hotel in a Great Location

  The hotel was excellent in every way. We travelled with TUI in July 2019. We paid for a superior room (room 226) and had a wonderful refurbished large room with a balcony. We chose one which was west-facing as we wanted the evening sun to sit outside on the balcony after a day's hiking and before dinner. The Hochland was only 5 minutes walk from the village centre. The hotel had a lovely spa area and great jacuzzi and pool from which you could walk out onto a large sun terrace with plenty of loungers. There was also a sauna, steam room and spa facilities, table tennis room, gym and kids playroom which we didn't use. The hotel rents electric bikes at 25 euros a day, quite a bit cheaper than the town. If you've never had a go, I'd highly recommend them. Great fun and they make cycling up mountains easy! The standard of the 5 course dinner was excellent and the chef was extremely accommodating cooking wienerschnitzel for my daughter one evening when nothing appealed to her on the menu. All the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The restaurant manager Stefan deserves a special mention, for his attention, helpfulness and friendliness. Additionally, all the staff from the waiters to cleaners and reception staff were very friendly and courteous at all times. As you can probably tell, we loved the hotel and would definitely recommend it to other visitors.

  Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Food amazing, staff extremely friendly and attentive. We had single rooms, both adequate, fabulous views. This is a family run hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, you will definitely go back !! Highly recommend for stunning views and relaxing time.

  Superb experience

  We just spent a most enjoyable week in Hotel Residenze Hochland in Seefeld, Austria. The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and staff is very attentive and professional. The buffet breakfast was quite ample and four-course gourmet dinners, plus salad bar, were among the best we have ever enjoyed. Reception staff was warm and helpful and housekeeping staff were very thorough---the rooms were so clean you could perform surgery in any of them! Hats off to Stefan, maitre d'hotel, who brought welcome, good cheer, and laughter in addition to leading a group of truly outstanding waiters.

  A decent hotel for skiing

  Family of wife and son stayed here while we skied in Seefeld over Christmas hols. Its a good hotel: mainly appeals to an older crowd I would say and is homely and traditional. Went half board and the food at dinner time is excellent: best thing about the hotel. Drinks not included (not even soft drinks) in the package which was disappointing. Also no proper ski package for downhill ski and I feel this is an area the hotel could improve upon. Service in the whole was very good - particularly our waiter Emil, who was very attentive. We will come back to Seefeld again and would stay here but would probably look first for a residence that offers a ski package included in the price.

  Welcoming and friendly

  We had a very lovely week staying here as the first holiday with our small baby. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and very understanding when we needed to interrupt a meal or finish a meal in our room. The hotel has beautiful views and is in a great location to walk to and from the village and trails. We very much enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, had a lovely room with a tremendous terrace and view over the village and towards the slopes. The food was great too - we stayed half board and would very much recommend. We hope to return soon, thank you for a lovely stay.
