A budget hotel that is on the strange area of the cityI was very disappointed to know that the kitchenette that was on the room was locked and I had to pay 15 euros per day to use it. Nowhere this was mentioned. I had specifically booked this hotel because it had kitchenette, but I was not able to use it due to extra 15 euros rent per day. The wifi signal was very bad and slow. Always I had to press the doorbell because the door was locked and the hotel did not gave the visitors a card-key to enter the hotel. When I pressed the doorbell, usually they delayed to answer (up to 30sec) and because there are 5-6 people working there, some of them they did not know you and you had to speak to them ("I am a hotel guest, open the door"). Outside the hotel, in the night a couple of girls waited maybe for customers(?). The road seem safe, but if you went to a couple of blocks away inside small roads you did not feel safe. There is a nice pizzeria in a block distance. The breakfast is awful. Only croissant and coffee. Some of the employees do not speak English, and thus sometimes we were playing the game "guess what the hotel employee tells you". One day I went to the breakfast 10 minutes before it starts, and even though everything was prepared (the disc with croissants and some juice) the employee starting to speak in Italian and I could not understand anything. I assumed that I had to wait for 10 minutes, but it was strange because everything was ready. The morning breakfast is served at 8 to 10, which is very late, especially if you want to be at 9 at the other part of the city. The city is dirty, with many immigrants. The public transportation is near the hotel, but what I figured out, on the morning it runs every 10-15 minutes, but in the evening every hour. So, if you like to go out in the night, be prepared to wait or take a taxi (or walk). The museums are very expensive (8 euros) and the traffic is awful. The worst thing is that car drivers do not respect you. You try to pass the road from the pedestrians crossing when you have the green light, and cars pass by without stopping. If there is no crossing then be prepare to take a risk of getting run over. Walking on the city was an adventure. We were very careful with our belongings, because you felt like if you did not pay attention somebody will steal/rob you. I will not select to visit again this city if it is my call or at least the area near the railroad station.

Perfect,Central location. Each room is very well organized featuring things like in your own house such as a fridge and a freezer; Air conditioning. The area down there is not one of the best areas but It's actually a good option if You're looking for something near the station of Naples and easy to the historical center . Rooms are cleaned every day. The staff at the reception was awesome in general but most especially Giusepe, the young guy who works during the day. He gave me any kind of information about the city itself and I found it easy to see/reach. Thanks to him again ! A great stay. My advice for everyone of You is : try this structure, It's worth it !!

A very suitable locationVery friendly staff and very attentive. I cannot understand a previous review saying that they had to wait a long time to enter the building. Naples being Naples, there are always throngs of people but even returning late at night the streets were empty and quiet. I did not at all feel threatened (my stay was in late September). The hotel is a short walk to the railroad station and across the piazza to the airport bus. Though there is a charge for using the kitchen in the room, the refrigerator was available free of charge... and since it is Naples, why cook in the first place??I would definitely stay here again,
