  A pleasant taste of Germany

  A lovely small traditional town with many restaurants and wine tasting venues - it's a main stop on the German wine tasting route !! A car is needed to explore the beautiful countryside - good visits are Speyer, Bad Durkheim and Heidelberg.

  Beware of deposit scam

  I stayed here a week In December 2018 via RCI exchange. Upon my arrival a 150 Euro cash deposit was required which we paid. At checkout there was no one present so we dropped the key in the office box with a note requesting return of our deposit less a fee for Internet use. In spite of several phone calls and e mails the owner has never returned any money. I have taken this up with RCI and HGVC and have not received any further response. We enjoyed the town and Christmas markets but please stay elsewhere.

  Very affordable. Nice location. Near tennis, train and grocery store. A beautiful location. No A/C. Units might be difficult for elderly or those with physical disabilities. Stairs involved. Basic kithen.

  A nice stay in a beautiful area of Germany

  Nicely located close to center of town, restaurants, and many wineries, vineyards. Beautiful walking/biking tours in the vineyards Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Units were clean and simple
