  Poorly Maintained, seems it's on it last legs.

  After staying at very good Odalys places before we expected better and were pretty disappointed. Our under equipped and badly cleaned apartment had a continually damp musty atmosphere, little in the way if work surfaces to even dry washing up, people digging up bushes with a mechanical digger outside our patio windows at 8.15 am in the morning while others had vigorous debates outside them at the same time. Dogs running loose and defecating 5 feet from our patio including pissing on our patio which made it impossible to even sit there quietly with our own dog! The microwave, which was vital given the only alternative was two rings worked when it felt like it. The claimed wifi was only available if you sat in reception or just by it at the pool (which was closed) apparently a fault that no one knew when it would be rectified or was interested in fixing and all of us were pretty dependent on the falsley claimed in the brochure wifi. A saving grace was that the location meant you could walk into St Tropez but not to any area of particular interest in under half an hour unless you were athletic and trying to cross the main road at the bottom of the Residence road to get to a safe footpath was at times suicidal! Our family travelling with us had the apartment next to us and theirs was even scruffier and dirtier with the reception providing extra sheets to cover the stains and holes in the bed! I am aware that Odalys can do little about mosquitoes but we suffered many bites from the infested garden and it was impossible to have any windows open on the hot damp nights when you really needed too. Do Odalys ever inspect these places? Do they have any effective quality control? The difference in standards between here and say the Le Londe one up the coast is immense! NOTE TO ODALYS, MUST DO BETTER! as they say in school.

  Amplio,amplio,limpio y muy buen situado.

  Un hotel muy acojedor con cocina y una muy buena terraza.Las habitaciones de cuatro realmentr caben seis porque hay una cama de matrimonio,una litera y un sofa cama.Tambien tiene un parking privado excelente.Yo repetiria.

  Buen precio buena ubicación

  Apartamento grande con cocina equipada, necesita una renovación. A pocos minutos a pie de Saint Tropez. Alojarse barato en un sitio caro fue posible. La recepción no estaba abierta todos los días no hay recepción 24h.

  Waste of money

  This would have to be one of the most basic places Ive ever stayed, despite the $150AUD per night price tag! We were told at checkin that we needed to clean the kitchen and take out the rubbish when we checked out, we thought this was strange but we were happy to abide by the rules. However... there was no plug for the sink, no sponge for the dishes and no dish detergent. There was no handsoap, no shampoo or conditioner, only 1 roll of toilet paper and no plug for the bath. The kitchen had quite a lot of utensils and cookware; however knowing that nobody in the room before us had probably used a sponge or dishwashing liquid to clean any of it after using was an unsettling thought. The wooden spoon was broken and some of the plates were not clean. Our room didnt have a light in the main area, at night time we needed to use the two lamps beside the bed for dim lighting. The curtains arent long enough for the windows and as soon as the sun comes up the room is filled with light. The furniture was in disrepair, the side table was chipped and cracked, in the shower the tiles were uneven and had big holes that were filled with silicone, the kitchen bench was chipped away, the walls were dirty and stained, the ceiling was uneven in parts and had been plastered up but not painted well over, the hallways were dark and dingy, the terrace had leaves all over it and didnt appear to have been swept for some time. Checkout is at 10am;however at 9:30am the cleaning staff were knocking on our door and let themselves in the room. My baby daughter was having a nap and they nearly woke her up. This is unacceptable when we had the room another half an hour! All in all I would not come back again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

  Good parking but

  The positive sides of This place has a very Good and safe parking behind gates and that they have a tennis court. Good location so you can walk to the beach. Regarding the rooms- terrible standard, loose electric wirings.
