  La relación calidad/precio es muy buena en el sentido de espacio y privacidad, en cuanto a limpieza deja mucho que desear, al igual que el 'desinterés' de algunos empleados de recepción. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y lugar es muy lindo y pintoresco, cerca de autopistas para adentrarse en las montañas de New Hampshire

  Buenos deptos, bien equipados con cocina y vajilla x si queres comer ahi podes tranquilamente, sobre tdo para el desayuno (q no tiene). Pero tiene heladera. Comodos y amplios. Ideal para familias, o si se van a quedar varios dias. El personal muy atento y predispuesto!

  Abysmal, disappointing, and offensive.

  The fireplace rooms were the big draw for me, but a top notch first stay led to an abysmal second one. In fact, my travel nurse husband and I were so enthralled with the establishment initially, and the level of service we had first received that we planned the second stay with the intent we'd view long term housing options, and begin the onboarding process for long term residency. Management knew of this, and now we are left wondering whether this is why everything went into sharp decline during our second stay. At check-in we were told we would have to transfer rooms the next day, so the stay was unsettled from the start. Further, cleanliness issues in the age of COVID-19 are suggestive of carelessness that no one can afford; yet the room that night evidenced just that. Early the next morning we got a call from the office misinforming us that we would NOT have to transfer rooms; nonetheless at precisely 11AM someone knocked sharply on the door twice as he was entering our room finding me in a state of undress. Embarrassment bloomed on both sides, as the man explained he had been told the room was empty. We called the front desk and were told that a mistake had been made, we WOULD have to move. This second room had extensive cleanliness issues. We asked for service, got none, then for cleaning supplies but were denied. We were told the manager would be in contact with us regarding the many mishaps, but this promise also never materialized. Further, no one knew anything about the RDW promise for a walk through of available rental units, and frankly, we were incredulous over how diametrically opposite this stay had been from our initial experience, because, regrettably, it was abysmal, disappointing, and offensive. And no one on staff reached out with remedy (and THIS is the clincher, because had remedy been offered at any point during our stay, I'd have a different review to convey). Instead they denied our request to be in touch with management. And so to the management of the Residences at Daniel Webster I write: If you did not want us to pursue long term residency you'd have done better to simply say so unless of course you were trying to conceal a civil rights breach based on race. Because it was only after we identified ourselves as prospective long term residents the quality of our interactions with the staff, and the quality of our experience of the facility itself plummeted. In a nutshell, problems prevailed, confusion abounded, and promises were not honored.

  Holly, Worst in Management, Racist and Not Covid-19 Friendly!!

  Holly, the property manager here is by far the most racist and disrespectful human being that I have ever encountered. She has purposed herself to not speak to any tenants but especially tenants of color. She has blatantly expressed her discriminatory ways through retaliation of employees and the way she disrespects her current employees due to their race. PLEASE BEWARE as the property is poorly kept and is not safe due to their neglect of COVID -19 safe practices. Staff has no mask and not required. Holly is constantly confrontational with her guest when they reach out about the unsafe standards and upkept property in which she manages. I have traveled many places world wide, but never experienced the racism that I experienced here by the manager. Be ADVISED!

  Extended stay

  Stay away from this place! Lost $500.00 deposit from deceptive sales team. Sales rep told me a set of terms which meant my budget. He told me in order to hold it I would need to put a $500.00 deposit plus a 25.00 app fee, which I paid. When I came back at the set move in day, I met with the sales manager. He told me a different set of terms which amounted to more then $200.00 additional a month. These new terms were not within my budget. I asked for my deposit back as I would now need to start a search for a new place. I was told that my deposited was non refundable. Do not trust anything the sales people tell you at this place!
