  EVERITHING OK! GOOD STAFF

  Beautiful apartments, amazing swimming pool and good quality staff! The residence is in a good position to travel around tuscany and visit beautiful city like Firenze, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. 80 Km to Bolgheri where i find exclusive wine selection. I highly recommend!!!

  Disappointing.

  We stayed three days. the apartment was nice but we had problems to locate the partment because nothing was well signposted. We never had wifi, when we booked, the wifi was one of the features that interested us. The exit to the beach was closed. We must to pay some kind of charge for "accommodation" but no one helped us at all with anything, even basic services of a room, such as cleaning or hygienic services. Two of the employees were very nice, but the lady in charge was very rude and badly educated. Maybe in the summer the service is better, but at this time of year do not recommend it.

  Plenty of 'but's'

  We asked for quiet room as we travelled with 1 year old. Got a room with a small garden,with a street view. No microwave or even a kettle in the kitchenette,both necessary with a small child. Few pots, plates and utensils only. No cleaning services. One big neat room with sofa bed as a main bed, was under the impression that there would be a separate bedroom. Clean, but only at first glance. 3/4 of sun beds reserved at the swimming pool at all times, standing empty! Great location though, as close to the beach, motorway and all the places worth seeing. Pharmacy, bakery and small grocery shop on site. Staff mostly friendly and helpful. Good for young couples, not staying in for long!

  Noisy place

  Don' t go here if you want to sit outside the apartement during the evening, parties at the pool (private praties) are ever so noisy... 4 out of 5 nights, Loud loud music, excuse, they pay to party, well I pay to stay. Stay away!,! Beds are awefully hard, and you will have to pay extra for aircondition, and for bath caps to be worn in the pool. Rip off

  Comfortable apartment near the beach.

  Remodeled, modern apartments in an older building. The gardens are beautiful, and the pool is amazing. Short walk to beach. There is a nice restaurant on the grounds. As often happens, free wifi is very slow. Better not to count on it.
