  Lovely little place to stay.

  I stayed here during the begining of July. The residence is a lovely building and well equipped with wonderful staff. It has everything you need for an independent Italian holiday. It is well located next to the beach and close to the centre where there are many restaurants, bars and shops. Cesenatico is also well located so you can go to ither areas in Italy if you wanted. I had a lovely holiday here with my friend but there was also couples and families staying here. Would recommend to many people.

  Keep going back

  I have been a few times and it just keeps getting better. I love to laze the days away by the beach and walk around the boats in the evening. There are so many lovely restaurants so you can enjoy the lovely fresh fish. The apartments are so clean and stylish. If you just want a night in it is so perfect. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

  A lovely place to stay

  Very clean apartment with friendly staff who went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The air conditioning is excellent as are the size of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only think that would have made it even better would have been furniture for the lovely balconies that we had.

  Excellent service!

  Really nice and clean appartment with seaview. The reception gave us the best service ever - THANK YOU. Close to the beach and a lovely Panini place next door! Sunrise Residence is really recomendable.

  Clean fantastic well-equipped

  Fabulous apartments. We stayed as a family-of-five with a dog for the Nove Colli. The apartments were very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The terrace had great outdoor furniture. The showers were very powerful and there was always plenty of hot water. It's a one-minute walk to the beaches. And about a 10-15 minute walk, which includes a brilliant ferry crossing which takes about 30 seconds and costs something like 30 cents, into the heart of the old town. But if you don't want to meander into town then there are some really fabulous restaurants a few minutes' walk from the apartment. And a little supermarket, a great bike hire shop, coffee shops etc. The staff at the apartment were incredibly helpful, even when my brother-in-law left his passport behind. They were so helpful in reuniting him with it! I can't recommend Residence Sunrise highly enough.
