  muy bien; ideal relacion calidad - precio

  Hemos estado en Sunotel en le mes de marzo de 2012, Teniamos alquilado un estudio para cuatro personas con unas vistas preciosas sobre el pueblo y las pistas de esquí. Esta muy bien situado en el centro del pueblo al lado de comercios y retaurantes y en frente de la oficina de turismo, junto a la estación del bus para subir a las pistas. El apartamento, estaba bien equipado y muy limpio y además el personal de la recpción era muy amable y servicial. Creo que la relación calidad precio es ideal y sin duda lo recomindo.

  Lovely French village with lots of charm.

  Just returned from a fabulous ski trip to Les Carroz. Delightful French village just over an hour from Geneva.Flight from Exeter made the door to door time unbelievably good for us coming from Devon.The Sunotel apts. are exactly what you would expect in France. We had a 4 person one for 2 of us. No extra charge.Four adults would be a squeeze!Adrian was at reception to give us our linen and tell us about the resort. He is delightful and was very helpful all week.We know you have to take towels,tea towels,toilet rolls,cleaning products etc.Feel they should provide Wi Fi and the telly! French hospitality?However, this place is a bargain. You can't do it cheaper than Crystal Hols. Ski bus and hire are next door. Slopes 2 mins away. Shops and bars everywhere. Pretty skiing in Les Carroz/Morillon and better skiing in Flaine.Not a good resort for young people but if you like a typical French atmosphere try this resort.Lovely new pool and spa was a bonus.

  Small, uncomfortable and impractical - but I guess you get what you pay for

  The room was meant for 4, there were 3 of us in the room and it was small so I am not sure how 4 people could fit in the room comfortably, I would say 2 at a push. The room was a corner room and as such it was very oddly laid out, basically 2 bunk beds in the corridor, a very small bathroom and a living area with fold out sofa bed, small kitchen and dining area. The beds were uncomfortable, no duvets were provided and the coarse blankets that are provided were uncomfortable and smelt so I presumed they were unwashed from previous occupants. The sofa bed only just fit in the living room, about 1-2 ft to one side to walk down to the kitchen, and when extended into a bed there was barely any room to move. especially when you add in 3 peoples cases and skiing gear. The Kitchen was small and reasonably well equipped but there was literally no space to do any cooking as the built in dining bench and table took up all the space. There were 2 small electric heaters in the bathroom and kitchen dining area, the heater in the bathroom was directly next to the toilet and in the dining area it was between the dining table and the sink. The heaters pumped out hot dry air which makes you feel ill. There was one drying rack provided but finding space to put this and dry wet ski gear was a daily juggling act especially as when this was up we could not use half of the kitchen. We tried to upgrade or move apartments the 2nd day of our trip but with it being French half term this proved fruitless task. The 3 of us managed in the end but it wasn't a particularly comfortable and pleasant experience and all that it meant is that we spent most of our time out of the apartment. All of this meant that it was difficult to relax and get warm and dry after a hard day skiing. We were located on the road side of the building so my friend complained of hearing snow plows clearing the streets at 4-5am every day and waking him up. Poistives - shower was hot and powerful, if this was bad I think this would have been the last straw. Room was generally clean and tidy (apart from the aforementioned blankets) but the tired décor and tiled flooring made it feel more unclean than it probably was. Man at the front desk was pleasant enough.

  great place to stay

  location excellent. apartments clean and corridors reception area same. right in centre of village .wifi not good and you must pay for it but refunded money without any quibble. well stocked kitchenette. we could manage fine but we do eat out all the time, would not like to have to cook here. staff good and helpful.

  Not so good this time!

  Just had a week skiing in Les Carroz.This is the second time we have stayed in these apartments. Last year, great. This year not so good. The apartment was very tired! Needed a refurbishment and a deep clean. Shower surround was mouldy.A man came to renew some of the grouting but it meant we couldn't use the shower. He said he would come back to finish it but didn't. Just as well as we needed to use the shower after skiing.We feel cleaning products should be provided along with towels, wifi, television (which costs 40 a week to hire). Beds should have duvets not unhygienic blankets. The concierge, lady, was very helpful and agreed with many of our concerns.
