  No air conditioning! To be avoided in summer!

  Probably in winter this hotel can be nice, but I was unlucky to stay there when the temperature outside was +30 Celsius. No air conditioning, no ventilation! I used to open our window but it doesn't help. Even during the night when temperature drops to +21 inside was +31. We have got a fan, it helps a bit. Hotel is over a railway station, it's good to travel but if your window is open the screeching brakes of the trains are very loud. View on the railway and La Defence isn't bad, no problems with wifi, stuff is friendly and wants to help, but absence of air conditioning, stores and ventilation convert your room into the frying pan. Other issues like wrongly fixed door of shower were minor. We have stayed 5 nights, room was cleaned once.

  terrible!

  Firstly Stay here make sure you wear a bullet-proof vest and a body guard! The 'lady' who runs this place is very aggressive which is off putting and unusual for people here. The staff seemed both dismissive and rude too(yelling etc) Looked forward to staying at this hotel .The pictures on the website made this place my choice to stay for my holiday Upon arrival I found overgrown unkempt hotel grounds.Dirty lobby and unappealing welcoming staff.Was a bit skeptical when a gentlemen was trying to cancel his reservation due too the poor conditions IE smelly,dirty run down accommodations! no wifi no hot water. don't waste your time here ,you'll only find yourself having a terrible experience if you go to Odalys.

  Rude rude & rude, plus unhelpful while smiling at you!

  I have visited just some 20 countries.The worst otel in my life and it was the worst experience.very very run down property, after this experience we dont want to visit Paris again. I will point out that people at the front desk and the manager Sarah [--] are very aggressive and rude the worst thing, they don't givea damn!!? they treat arrivals as another number, clearly not caring weather you come back. The location is close to shops; easily accessable.I had heard that the French could turn their noses up to people of Other origins but I never expected them to be so so rude & ignorant. We have had a hotel experience so bad it made us cry. An unreliable wireless Internet connection can be frustrating for hotel guests, but a filthy room is the biggest peeve among travelers.Odalys is really very dirty The internet was so bad that it almost felt like being absent at times. Only good thing is location They force you to pay For fly poops and dust 300 euro!!!

  Like a Joke.BUGS BUGS BUGS!!!!!

  The staff were very rude and unhelpful.Breakfast very basic with no choice, staff at breakfast particularly unpleasant.stayed 3 days , never saw a smile or greeting from staff.Overall a kip avoid at all cost unless you absolutely desperate.stinky,very dirty and mouldy. I noticed some small bites on my arms. At first I thought it was a mosquito. It was after I noticed more bites on my back and lower legs that I became alarmed. Later the next night I returned to the room after touring the city and spoke to the lady at the reception and told her there must be something biting me inside the room. She asked if I had ate something that gave me allergies. That was stupid. I went back to the room for about 30 minutes to send some emails. No wi-fi grrrrr...As I sat on the bed something bit me on my head and ear multiple times. My earlobe was extremely swollen. 3th day,I stayed in there for about an hour and then gathered all of my belongings and left. I have numerous bites on my back, head, arms and lower legs. This was a horrible experience. I advise no person to stay here.

  Hotel is extremely bad

  I was/am disgusted with how the manager is handling problems and people! The staff and herself are so rude.I can still believe that! they come out at you aggressively and ugly.Do not let them touch you and do not stay there. I can avoid being cheated by them but its very hard to avoid the aggressive harassment and even if you ignore that, the personal insults. What were my problems? Rude staff Room and bedding stunk of stale cigarettes. there were some dead animals at the wall. you can hear everything from the street. mold in the room. Bad smell It needs a good health and safety inspection. ZERO Hygiene . il y avait plein de fourmis dans le lit que nous avons du refaire entièrement, du moisi partout sur les oreillers, des poils pubiens dans le lit qui est censé être propre, le coin du mur à côté du lit trempé avc un tas de saleté.
