  A balance of positives and negatives so depends on what you're after. Could do so much more Positive Ski in ski out Spacious well provided apartments Lovely hot swimming pool Can order bread for delivery in the morning Negative Lengthy check in process 10-20 mins out of town in the bottom of the resort Poor quality changing facilities poor pool Not a proper restaurant unless willing to take half board - don't

  Good location but bad service

  The location is great, you are almost on the slope with the appartement. Unfortunately the room was not that clean, check-in was terrible and staff didnt spoke english very well. We asked for chancing the lamps( two didnt work), but nobody came. Finally we went to a guy how worked in the residence, and het fixed it.

  Functional French but no Frills!

  Stayed here for a week 4-11Mar17 as part of a package with 40+ others. Perhaps we didn't book enough rooms but the majority were cramped but comfortable. The toilet (separate from bathroom) has to be entered either facing or back to bowl as there is no room to turn. As for trying to use toilet paper...! The TV costs 40 per week and only works in perfect weather conditions (at 1550m!) Wifi costs 20 per week and is unreliable, low band width and doesn't cover all the rooms - I'm writing this sitting on the floor by the main lifts on the fourth floor. Bedding consists of a pillow (poor quality) and comfortable blanket with pillowcase and sheets available to pick up from a central repository. Basic accommodation; thank goodness the skiing was excellent!

  Dirty and low quality

  It is probably one of the worst experience ever from a ski holiday: the flat was dirty when we came in, unable to use the shower so it was full of hairs (not ours) but stillwe were charged for the end of stay cleaning. The distribution of linen was a joke, after having to wait 20 min to check in, we had to wait for linen distribution to discovoer that the towels were not included so we had to queue again to pay for the towels and to queue to receive them! Half of the light bulbs did not work, despite our complaints at the reception they were never changed. The excuse being that they are many flats and they can not cope with the maintenance... Anyhow I strongy recommend not to choose this property!

  Buen sitio para esquiar

  Son apartamentos, su calidad puede variar de unos a otros. En general están bien salvo por algún detalle. Por ejemplo, el 105 del edifico A no tiene armarios, ningún armario, nada de nada. Solo un par de perchas. Y eso, cuando llevas ropa muy voluminosa como la que necesitas para esquiar es una lata. Lo anuncian con piscina de agua caliente y sauna. Pero resultó que el agua de la piscina no estaba lo suficientemente caliente y la sauna solo funciona de 17 a 19. Es un engaño. Está tan adaptado a personas de movilidad reducida que el inodoro es tan alto que no te llegan los pies al suelo, la ducha es un plato a ras de suelo con una cortina que no llega al suelo con el resultado de inundación del aseo cada vez que alguien se ducha. Muy incómodo para los de movilidad normal. También tiene cosas muy positivas: puedes comprar en su bar, previo encargo, el pan y croissants, el alquiles incluye las sábanas (cosa nada frecuente el los Alpes) y su personal es atento y amable.
