  Avoid at all costs!!

  The room we stayed in should never have been rented out. It was above a disco and faced onto the front of the hotel where a large group of loud drunks gathered. The noise level was unbelievable, sleep was impossible. Although it had been a hot day, the air conditioning was not yet operational. The pool was not yet filled. We booked through Trivia go which stated that the hotel was 0.8 km from the town centre. Don't believe it. It is more like 2.5 km and as there are no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel, it is a long walk to get something to eat. Do not be tempted by the low rates at this hotel - it is not worth it

  Wow! Pleasantly surprised.

  We we staying in Molise for vacation and decided to explore the southern most region of Italy for a few days. After checking the reviews on Trip Advisor, we called and booked a room for 5 people for 2 days. We should have stayed for at least a week. The town of Santa Cesarea Terme is absolutely beautiful, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, looks brand new, and the staff was wonderful. A quick poll of the entire family - were definitely coming back next year. And were staying much longer. We loved this hotel and we love this town. Ok - the shower was a bit small, but we all spent so much time in the sea and in the thermal baths, that we really only needed to rinse off quickly before dinner. I would rather have a clean room and a super nice staff, than a huge shower...

  An incredible place to relax

  A location not very close to the city center (useless thing), but with a wonderful landscape. We could see the sea from the windows of our apartment. It was very quiet. The apartment was large, with all facilities, kitchenette, terrace. The staff was very friendly. Parking is free in front of the hotel. We also appreciated the proper swimming pool with modern design. Everything contributed to a real relaxation. Santa Cesarea Terme is a bit far from Bari, but I recommend this place. I hope to see these places again.

  Dire. Hotel cancelled my Expedia booking on day of arrival. Sent me to another hotel which was closed.

  The hotel contacted me on the day of my arrival to tell me that it was closed due to rain damage. It claimed to have contacted me the week before to tell me this - but I did not receive any contact. It sent me to another hotel. However, this hotel was closed when I arrived. Dire. Ended up booking another hotel myself.
