  Comfortable

  Good price/quality ratio. Enough space and nice balcony. There is a clic clac that makes a great couch as well as a bed. As for the club that's accross the street, on the garden side of the building you don't hear any noise. Also I heard that on the side of the building where the club is situated there has not been much noise. Overall the residence is quite quiet so you don't have to worry about your sleep :)

  Not for families

  Location is near the beach and although it's a lovely part of La Rochelle it is away from the main centre, though there are buses and a ferry that will take you into the centre. These are apartments which some people rent as it's close to the University. The main living area has a sleeper couch and then there are 2 other "bunk beds", (matress on a hard board), in the kitchen area. We have 2 young boys who had to sleep head to toe on the bottom bed as the top one is too high, has no safety rail or ladder. I could not recommend this place for families. There is a swimming pool and badly maintained tennis court.

  GREAT LOCATION

  We stayed here for 5 nights from the end of june into july. The apartments are basic and clean and have all you need to enjoy a holiday. We found the staff very friendly with lots of info about La Rochelle town. The great location of these apartments is it's most important feature. It is a 30 minute walk all along the marina to the old harbour and you can take the SeaBus back for 3. There is a lovely pool and gardens to relax in and you have restaurants, a shop and the beautiful beach of Les Minimes right beside you. We would stay here again - thank you to the staff

  Cheap and cheerful

  Good location, very close to the beach, friendly staff, nice pool area. The rooms are small and basic but fine for a few nights. They could do with a mirror in the living/bedroom area though. Would go again for a cheap weekend break.

  Cheapish but not really Family

  Location is near the beach of Minimis and although it's a part of La Rochelle it is a short distance from the main centre, there is a No4 bus and better a Sea Bus at 3 euro that will take you into the centre these run really late as well. Better to buy a pass from the Bus station that is valid for both and saves a little also you can take a 30 minute walk around the marina to the old harbour The apartments are basic but clean and have all you need for a short stay They could do with a mirror in the living/bedroom area . In August the Apartment was very warm with NO A/C but an electric fan is available from reception as was a Kettle ,Toaster and Extra pillows. Towels and bedding is only supplied at the start of your stay and the rooms are not serviced daily like a Hotel. The staff are friendly and informative with good English however the reception is closed between around 12 and 2pm so you can't check in or even access the Hotel as its key entry as is the car park .Opposite the Apartments is a large FREE carpark that also hosts a market on Monday mornings great for Fresh Fruit and Veg .There is a pool and gardens to relax in and you have a variety of restaurants, takeaways and a shop for the essentials and more
