  Great views of the Med - but otherwise unremarkable. No bar in the hotel. Food was OK but nothing to enthuse about. Room (710) aircon didnt work. Very small bathroom. Beds comfortable. Free WiFi worked OK in public areas and room. All hotels in Israel seem very expensive for what you get - by UK standards - but only having stayed here and the King Solomon, I wouldnt want to tar all with the same brush. Would love to visit Netanya again - but the Residence Hotel wouldnt necessarily be my first choice.

  Simple and Pleasant Stay

  This hotel provided a simple and pleasant stay for my one night in Netanya. The room was unimpressive and dated, and the bathroom was very small. However, the room was very clean. The view from the room was very unimpressive, overlooking some nearby construction, however to be fair I had not requested a room with a nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and comprehensive. An added plus was that this was during the beginning of Pesach, which is a particularly busy time for Israeli hotels. Overall, I am satisfied with my short stay here, and it met my needs as a single traveler, providing what I would expect from an Israeli hotel.

  Very nice hotel, close to the beach and great service

  Was at the Residence beach hotel and it was wonderful. Clean room facing the ocean, balcony, walking distance from the beach and all restaurants and shops. Very clean, great service. IHighly reccommended

  Pleasantly surprised

  Didnt expect much upon booking, but we were pleasantly surprised. Fabulous view. Right across from the beach. Clean room, breakfast was a nice selection and very fresh.we booked friday night dinner as well. Staff was friendly, eager to please. By far not a luxury hotel but good value for the price. Coffee station 24 hours.

  SCAM, DIRTY, 0 SERVICE - STAY AWAY

  The room was absolutely different than the one showed in the picture. Moreover, when I tried to reach to the staff for a solution, I got absolutely ignored and received the "there is nothing we can do" answer. I felt SCAMMED. Hotel manager (Moshe) was talking rude and with zero intention of giving service or hospitality. The bed was DIRTY, the shower was DiRTY, the balcony was DIRTY. This is my worst night even spent in a hotel. STAY AWAY from this place as long as you don't have any other choice.
