  Maybe ok for a weekend stay not for a long stay

  This property is newly opened this year in April, and I am not sure what it would be like a year from now. Very basic property, if you are looking for typical french charm you will not find it here. We rented the 4-6 persons residence, but realistically it is suited for a couple with 2 children. Check the ladder of the bunk bed first, ours was loose. Terrace is nice, but no umbrellas for sun. The proximity to Mount Ventoux for cycling is the big plus. Not many restaurants open at night within walking distance during the fall. If staying for a weekend the amenities will suit most. We stayed for a week and the lack of an oven proves a challenge for meals as did the lack of lids for the pots. If you are looking for the outdoor or slightly outdoor pool that is advertised and on their poster outside the location, you will not find it - indoor pool only which will suit some Upon checking in, we were asked if we wanted to pay the extra for cleaning at the end of the stay - this should have clued us in. The dishes were filthy. All needed washing before we could use and the dishwasher is subpar. Sheets and mattress protectors are provided, however the mattress was covered in crumbs and when we turned it over it had very unpleasant stains on it. Floors were not clean. I would suggest management should check the quality of the cleaning that occurs at the end of the stay by the previous guests. Wifi is available but only in the welcome area.

  Very good for your family holiday!

  We booked our 2 weeks holiday in this Residence and were very satisfied. The house we rented (6p) had everything you need during your holiday in the summer (a time when you spend most of your time outside). Rooms are big enough, 2 bathrooms, terrace, ... The house was clean and we had no remarks whatsoever. Car was parked in an underground carpark (very good in a warm country!). Yes, the swimming pool is not 'outdoors', but the advantage with small kids is that they can play all day in the pool without the risk of getting sunburned. So thumbs up for this place! We are going back to this Residence!

  visited again and pleased again!

  We booked this residence again (house for 6 persons, we are a family of 3...) and were very happy. spacious houses, clean houses, ... friendly staff, no remarks to be made about that. If we go to this region again next year, it will be one of our favourites to book again. We had a big house, with 2 terrasses. we were even a bit overwhelmed by this house. big enough for us! 1 remark maybe... check-in should be able from 2pm... 4 is quite late. but we managed to keep ourselves busy till we checked into our beautiful house for 2 weeks. :-) Residence conclusion: clean, good value for money, to be booked again and again and again when it's stays like this!

  THIS IS NOT A HOTEL!

  The location is convenient - a short walk to Malaucene Centre - and the setting is more than pleasant. But this facility is designed for week-long family vacations. If you are expecting hotel-like services (like a 24 hour receptionist) you will be disappointed. Be prepared to make your own bed, provide your own toiletries and towels and clean your unit before you depart. I booked 3 nights through a hotel service and was not at all prepared for these inconveniences.
