  Very nice

  The hotel residence is very nice, we had a very good time the staff manger and receptionist are very polite and helpfull. The pool area was very clean and very nice. Whe we wiil be in the regionwe will choose this property again. Only minus -the ventialtion in the kitchen , toilett and bath room needs professional cleaning.

  A lot of room for improvement

  Nice surroundings and relatively close to the beach. We had a mediocre receptionist you better not argue with as you get some condescending unprofessional response which to my opinion doesn't really help.

  Excellent Accommodation

  Stayed here for one week in September. Absolutely loved the accommodation and the set up of everything within the complex. Couldnt fault any aspect of our visit. Our apartment was very clean as was the pool areas and all common areas. Our apartment, D119, was well located with a lovely private balcony with sun all day. A few small issues however. This is a very quiet area. There is no where to eat within walking distance of this complex. There is a take away that opens each evening from 7 - 9pm but really its only pizza, chips etc. Beach is also about a 3km walk away. We arrived midweek, reception area was closed that evening and all the next day. Luckily we had our own towels & bed linen with us as Im not sure how we would have obtained them if we hadnt. There was an envelope stuck to the door with our apartment number on it but again without the help of a passerby Im not sure if wed have gotten that either! All in all a very enjoyable week for us but just be aware of the remote location when booking.

  Disappointing - it is my view the apartment was tired, unkempt and lacked cleanliness.

  In my personal experience I would not recommend this residence, it was expensive for an apartment which was unkempt and most uncomfortable. - plates were cracked, mugs were discolored and dirty - Sofa bed required to be replaced/worn - kitchen and bathroom were unkempt and required professional cleaning. - terrace furniture was dirty. - floors required professional cleaning. - the air conditioning was switched off. - blankets/pillows were on a shelf in a wardrobe with brushes and cleaning equipment - dusty and untidy, not great for hanging clothes. - requested a move to another apartment, no difference - the check out process was slow. - checked out early

  Lovely holiday apartment, great location

  Had a wonderful 2 weeks here with my husband and our 11 year old daughter. The site was lovely and quiet, with fabulous warm swimming pools, plenty of sun loungers, free WiFi zone, very friendly staff. The accomodation was perfectly adequate for our needs, bed was comfy! Main living area was lovely and cool in the hot weather, but the bedroom was quite hot at night and a ceiling fan would help. There were lovely beaches nearby, 5-10 km away, plus 2 good supermarkets also 5km away. The staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The whole holiday was booked through Brittany Ferries.
