  Wonderful location for traveling around north west of Sicily!!

  We were welcomed very nicely after a flight and drive (45 minutes from trapani airport) by the owner Cino! He is very kind and I'm sure he will and can help you with whatever you need during your stay. The apartment is perfect for a week stay, with a little balcony on the front. The location is perfectly centered, you can park the car for free in streets just around the corner and there are lots of restaurants you can chose from within a 5 minute walk! I would highly recommend this to everyone who wants to stay in a location nearby Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Palermo and other beautiful places in this part of Sicily.

  Great holidays in Residence Mareluna apartments

  Mareluna Residence provides very cosy, clean and comfortable apartments - fully equipped. There is everything you need to get rest after sunbath or exhausting sightseeing. Oriana (host) and her parents are very joyful and helpful people. It's quite loud in neighborhood but it's located in the center of Castellammare so it's huge advantage!

  Excellent base

  Small but perfect base for short holiday in this part of Siciily. We had first floor apartment, just 3 rooms, with bedroom overlooking one of main streets in old part of town, just few minutes walk from harbour. Ideal for walking to many restaurants in the evening. Parking hire car no problem, on side streets. Oriana came and met us, having got slightly lost on our arrival! She was very helpful and popped in later in week to check everything ok. Bedroom a little noisy, with street noise and traffic below, but we just shut window and put on air conditioning! Recommended place to stay, not luxurious, but perfectly acceptable.

  Excelente WiFi y calidad/precio

  Una muy buena base para las vacaciones en el noroeste de Sicilia. Extraordinaria comunicación previa. Cómodo, sin lujos pero quiero destacar que el Wi-Fi funciona muy bien. Teníamos dos habitaciones en dos plantas distintas y en ambas iba muy bien. Sin lujos. La ducha funciona bien. La cama es cómoda aunque algo corta si mides mas de.1,90 y como es de aspecto clásico, tropiezas con las piernas. Pero son cómodas. El precio, excepcional. Además, lo gestiona una agencia de viajes y siempre vienen bien sus consejos.

  Fantastic apartment, close to everything

  We very much enjoyed our stay at Mareluna. We stayed at the Mansarda apartment which is amazing. It has two terraces with views of the town, sea and the mountain. It has a nice living room and a small kitchen corner. The bathroom was a bit tight but was very clean, as was the rest of the apartment. If you are driving into town it may be a bit challenging to navigate the small one way streets while looking for parking especially late in the evening (after 8pm) on Friday or Saturday - traffic is crazy and there are 0 parking spots around. The ZTL starts right down the street and on the weekend, the city actually extends it further, making it VERY difficult to reach the apartment after 9pm. Alberto, the host, wasn't able to give me much info on the ZTL, which would have been fine if we had been given more information and clear directions on what to do if we arrived late on a weekend. Unfortunately, the directions we got were vague and we ended up circling around town several times on a busy Saturday evening. Here's the info you will need: Alberto has a travel agency office (That Sicily) which is located right across the street from the entrance. In front of the office there is a parking spot marked with a Parking sign in a bucket. When you arrive you can just move the bucket and park there for 15 min to unload your luggage. You can then proceed to look for parking spots on the street. The earlier you arrive in town, the better chances you have for finding a spot. Other than the little hiccup with parking, everything else was great.
