  Buen servicio pero tamaño de apartamento pequeño

  En realidad estuvimos en el edificio Callisto (Ap. 510) Bien situado, limpio, bien mantenido, vista excelente pero PEQUEÑO para 4/5 personas. Suerte que solo éramos dos. Pero no tuvimos la amplitud que queríamos. La relación de tamaño por precio (1.500 semana) no es muy buena y las camas no muy confortables.

  Buena relación calidad precio

  El apartamento estaba muy bien, acorde a las fotos, cómodo y con un wifi (gratuito) apañao, el entorno estupendo, montaña, tranquilidad, naturaleza. El personal muy amable y atento. Repetiremos en Pierre & Vacances!!

  Not very good with communications and refunds.

  I arrived on 14/03/20 with my sons for our annual ski trip. I was not happy with the room size, and location. Crystal Ski sent request asking if we could be put on top floor due to medical reasons, this was ignored. They say the apartment we had was suitable for 5 people/adults, well it was not. Maybe 2 adults a 3 small children, but still would of been cramped. I complained to reception who were not really interested. Luckily we left on 15/03/20 due to French closing down ski resorts, due Coronavirus. Upon checking out I informed my security deposit of 200 would be refunded asap. I have sent various emails to them after contacting Crystal Ski but as of today nothing received. (12/04/20). overall not a happy customer

  Self catering ski holiday

  I booked Les Constelations apartments Belle Plagne through Crystal as a change to Licorne apartments, where we had been a few times. Their small studio apartment which sleeps 4/5 would be tight for 4 but do-able. It is slightly smaller than the equivalent Licorne in all areas. Slightly frustrating is the fact that you don't know in advance, which apartment block you will end up in. Ours was Themis which was in a good location for ski in and out. A bit of a walk and lifts to the centre of activities but in Belle Plagne, that's to be expected. A plus against Licorne is that they do most of the cleaning and the bunk beds are a bit better built, not groaning under the strain of a restless adult. They also have a ski store,rather than making use of the balcony. Not much different so comes down to which is cheaper on the day.

  Ski ing holiday

  i was a bit concerned about going to Constellations after reading a couple of negative reviews , however we have had a fabulous holiday and cannot fault the apartment . Our location was stunning overlooking the ski slopes with a balcony and ski ing to our door . It was also very close to the ski hire , breakfast and the village . The apartment was clean , warm , plenty of hot water and the sofa beds were extremely comfy and did my back a world of good . The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Charlotte who took a lot of time to explain where everything was eg breakfast marking it on a map for us . The kitchen was well equipped and a hairdryer was available on request . It was really important for us to have a good location as my husband wasnt ski ing so had requested a view from the balcony which we certainly got . we are already planning to return next year .
