  apartamento muy viejo, el baño no funciona bien de lo viejo que esta. Mejor elegir otro apartamento en Avoriaz. Lo mejor son las personas que atienden. El edificio completo necesita una remodelación. Entraba agua por la ventana. Hacia frio porque la calefacción no funcionaba bien tuvimos que pedir calefaccion adicional. Internet solo por cable no wifi

  Supermegacutre

  El peor sitio en el que jamás he estado. Supermegacutre es quedarse corto. Para abrir las camas había q montar la mesita de comedor encima de la mesa de comer. Había q recolocar las maletas cada vez q se hacían o deshacían los catres. Urinario en un cuartucho con suelo de madera vieja. Sin microondas ni tostadora. Baño sin soporte para la ducha y grifos viejos instalados sobre un trozo de madera apañado. Mantas de baratas de hace 20 años y tan solo dos pequeños radiadores mal dispuestos. Nadie hablaba castellano........podría decir mas cosas. Una pesadilla. Una lastima porque Avoriaz me gusto mucho

  Aceptable relación calidad precio

  Apartamento de 5 muy muy pequeño y frio. El apartamento de 6 estaba mejor. Mobiliario, cocina y cerramientos muy muy viejos. Necesita reforma urgente tanto del mobilario asi como de los cerramientos y cocina.

  Good location budget apartment

  We stayed as a group of 4 male friends in apartment 805 of Les Alpages 1 in the last week of January 2019 and booked using Sunweb. The apartment is well located with an efficient lift and well located for the town and the slopes. The apartment is reached from the resort centre by using a public enclosed stairway escalator. Be aware that the escalator only goes up and did not operate later in the evening. We found the stairs could be slippery. The apartment is small for 4/5 people, there is a double bed, two single sofa beds and a single pullout bed. There is a small dining room table with 4 chairs. A seperate WC and a bathroom with a bath and a hand basin. There was plentiful hot water at all times although no high level bracket for the shower attachment. The apartment heating was more than adequate. There are views out across the resort over the ski slopes and to the mountain ridges beyond. The kitchen comprised a fridge, dishwasher, sink, four ring electric cooker and a separate small oven/grill. The kitchen came with a range of plates, bowls, cutlery, wine glasses and small cups, a coffee maker is provided but no kettle or toaster. A range of pans and utensils were also provided. Generally the apartment is a little cramped for four and the decor and equipment is tired. The arrangements for collecting the key after 9 pm were confusing and involved several phone calls, we were initially requested to collect the key from another apartment block but after waiting there for half an hour told the reception was open at Les Alpages, having walked across the town with the luggage the reception was closed. Another call resulted in being picked up by snow cat and taken back to the welcome centre where we were provided with a code to a safe in Les Alpages which contained the keys. The whole process was very time consuming after a long journey and very frustrating. Travel between the welcome centre and the apartment can be made by snow cat by phoning the number in reception. The cost for the transfer of four with luggage was 11 euros each way. You can ski to the lifts from the apartment (some poling may be required) and ski back to the apartment along a path or to the bottom of the escalator for an apres beer. There are small ski lockers on the ground floor but no space for boots which we prefer to keep warm in the room anyway. Overall a well located apartment providing low grade, but good value for money, ski in ski out accommodation in a good resort.

  Booking cancelled. Expenses not refunded yet

  Last January 28th in the morning I booked throught Pierre et Vacances an apartment for 4 people. Booking was confirmed, but in the evening somebody from Pierre et Vacance, Clients Relations phoned me to explain me that due to a fault in their system my booking was cancelled because there was not availability. they explained me that they will refund me all expenses I incurred due to this booking, I mean flight from Madrid to Geneve and transportation from Geneve airport to Avoriaz, they agreed. I did my best and I got the refund from Iberia Airlines who were very nice and they just charged me 30 for expenses, I could not do the same with the transportation from Geneva to avoriaz (252 ). I send all invoices to Pierre et Vacances and the IBAN number of my account, on February 8th, they ask me, for secutiry reasons, a bank statemen scanned or a photo of the bank statement where thsey could see the IBAN, I did it the same day. After that and until today no answer to my mails, and not news from them, of course not refund. I have phoned the clients relation many times and they answer me once to send a mail to another mail address, they never answered, another time they said me they will claim for the refund in my name to the department in charge, that happens one week ago, and today, they say me that I never send them a scanned copy of my Bank statemente, which it is false, anyway I have send it again today February 20th. Due to this I think they are not going to refund me. Please be careful with this company, I booked with them, they confirmed the booking, they cacelled theirselves, I never asked for a compensation, I got the refund of the airplane tickets to avoid them over expenses, but PIERRE ET VACANCES do not refund me since February 8th or even earlier that they have all my bank details.
