    Update please...

    Service and friendliness was excellent. The room was really beaten up. Broken mirrors, floor tiles that were loose in bathroom. The shower curtain was higher than the tub so the water poured out. Cabinets and door handles were loose. Odd places where it felt like the floor wasnt firm like in the hallways and spots in the room. The residence inn is the standard for my family travel but this one was at the bottom of the list.

    May need some renovation soon

    Compared to other hotels within the same brand, this hotel may need some renovation soon. Other than that, it is still a good bargain to spend a stay if you need to visit the area. No breakfast was offered during the pandemic.

    Just Horrible

    This hotel needs help. I stayed here last year and before that and it was fine. There was trash on the floors , garbage bags in the halls. My room was NOT clean and in fact I think it had dry dog food on the floor. Needless to say, it was not vacuumed before our stay. It was old and in need of good clean. All around the door and handles were filthy. There were people that were super friendly at the side outside door smoking pot as you tried to get in the door. The breakfast was really non existent. Really you cannot do a grab and go? A lot of other hotels manage to do this despite the covid concerns. The kitchen area door was open and kitchen was a wreck. Maybe close the door? Anyways I was shocked and did not feel the room was even at a minimum standard. this used to be my "go to" hotel for work , but now I will try another property. Definitely not returning.

    I should have read previous reviews before I stayed here. Of course I was concerned about the covid-19 cleaning protocols, but little did I know what awaited me during this stay. Upon entering the room, it reeked of smoke, the carpet was filthy, stained and ripped. On the ripped portion I cut my toe and it bled all over. Thankfully, I am up to date on my tetanus vaccine. The chairs were stained, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the stove burners were caked with old food. When I went to complain to the front desk, she offered me another suite. I went to check it out and it was just as bad if not worse. That room had stained carpeting, and cracked tiles in the kitchen. How does Marriott have the nerve to charge people to stay in this dive? No more Marriott properties for me. The clerk at the front desk refunded me a portion of my bill, but I personally, don't think I should have paid a cent. I am now on antibiotics so my toe doesn't become infected.

    Walked in, Walked out.

    Staff was very nice. Hotel is old and gross. Wouldnt unpack we were so disgusted. Old torn carpet. Old hotel smell. Dirty walls and doors. Refrigerator was not clean. Clearly rode hard and put away wet.
