  Absolutely love this place. ENTIRE staff was awesome, the best ever...front desk, housekeeping, kitchen etc. Very accomodating. Beautiful rooms too. breakfast was fine, I don't understand the bad reviews. Oh well, to each his own. I'm originally from the area and moved to florida...this will definitely be my "go to place" when I head North again. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Residence Inn! One more thing, they could improve on the parking.

  Under Construction

  The hotel is undergoing a facelift so this may not apply months from now. The staff was friendly but surprisingly had no idea of Il Castello a restuarant highly rated on TA only a mile or so away. The room was nice. One concern was the parking lot - it is poorly lit by the two pillars on the side entrance so a single female would not fee comfortable at night. The hotel needs to add a lot more lighting back there as its dark. Also, the side door by the two pillars was propped open both at night when we cam back from dinner and in the morning when we left. That is a big No-No for security purposes and should not be allowed if the hotel is patrolling the premises.

  Disgusting customer service

  This is by far the most pathetic Marriott suite of hotels. Visit this facility at your own mercy 1. Customer service and service desk - disgusting 2. Facilities - sub standard and not working 3. Swimming pool not working 4. Market place not. replinished regularly - Water bottles not availble for 2 days, only after I escalated it was filled 5. Reactive management 6. No empathy towards customer 7. Rude customer service

  Javelle is #1 !

  Although i am still waiting on a refund after 2 months! I just came on here to shout out Javelle and her amazing customer service. She is the best front desk associate i have encountered at this location and she is the reason i came back to stay. Thanks again Javelle :)

  Room fine, service lacking

  The room was fine. I had a studio king and it was spacious and clean. Service, not so much. Of course, there was nothing offered for the traditional evening social but thats probably everywhere due to COVID-19. Now, Im not sure what the Covid restrictions are for breakfast but all you get here is a brown bag with a small water bottle, a small apple juice, and a small breakfast bar (and I really dont like chocolate on my breakfast so my breakfast bar was inedible). No fruit! It was the bare minimum they could possibly offer. But what really disappointed me is that they didnt even offer coffee in the breakfast or lobby area. I asked about coffee at the grab and go breakfast area and the staff person, who was sitting out of sight (I could only see her feet) said that the only coffee was from the coffee maker in your room. Well I had already packed up and my room was at the total opposite corner of the building so I wasnt going back to make coffee. I think this should have been explained better upon check-in. I have stayed at other hotels that offer this so I dont think COVID-19 restrictions preclude this. But what really frustrates me is that the staff person could not even bother to get up to come and speak to me. That is really terrible customer service.
