  Great hotel!

  We had a 2 room suite, and it was even better than we imagined! Kitchen, dining area, living room, and then a bedroom with queen bed and bathroom on the left and the same on the right! It was so big. It was a great location, right in Williamsport. We had a lovey breakfast, and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the pool, which allowed for cool views of the city as well! We were really happy.

  Two night stay!

  The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly at each encounter. Our room was very well equipped and super clean which made our family of 6 very comfortable. Perfect accommodations fit our family during our summer vacation.

  Nice hotel downtown Williamsport

  I am not usually a fan of Residence Inns as I normally like a hotel bar at which to unwind at the end of the day. These days I don't look for hanging out in bars so the RI really worked for us. Hotel was nice. Good location with free parking in the municipal garage next door. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants. I highly recommend Moon and Raven a pub / restaurant that is a few blocks away. There also is a Wegman's grocery store a short walk away. Great for prepared foods and general grocery needs. Because of Covid-19 breakfast was a "grab and go" with egg/sausage sandwiches, granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, bananas etc. which worked out nice. Stayed in a king studio (room type STKT ) - The bed was not the best (squishy) and I thought seemed smaller than a king bed, but did seem bigger than a queen so I guess it was just a perception issue! The room had a weird set up... it The desk and dresser were set up perpendicular to each other which created an "L" shape, but it left gap in the room. Think the top of the L was against the left wall as you looked at it and the bottom of of the L was against the window wall and there was a fake plant between the dead space created inside of the L and the window. The couch was really pretty uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with a full size fridge, microwave, cook top, sink and dishwasher. The front desk staff was VERY nice and friendly. We did not see anyone without a mask and I felt like the place was cleaned thoroughly. Overall I would recommend the hotel and would stay there again if I need to stay in Williamsport again.

  Great stay for business

  I stayed here for what was supposed to be one night, but due to a snow storm had to add another night. This hotel had the friendliest check in Ive had with a Residence Inn. I was traveling with a small dog and the front desk manager was so kind to him and made him feel welcomed too. Room was clean and comfortable but would suggest the 4th floor ( nobody above you.) Great location if you need to travel to a few locations. There is a Wegmans grocery store (they sell beer and wine) as well as every food and home need. There is also a department store for clothing needs as well. All right next door! Highly suggest The James Restaurant for dinner which is located at the Holiday Inn across the street- private owner not a hotel restaurant. Plan on always staying here when Im Williamsport. Thank you for a great experience!
